Called the Opelika office and told I needed to speak to someone in Auburn, so transferred to that office. I spoke to someone there that told me she would email shortly with the info I needed. This was in the morning and no email by the afternoon so I called back. She was gone for the day so a message was left. The next day no email or returned call so I called their office again and told I would have to speak to the Opelika office! Transferred there to the voicemail of the branch manager. I left a detailed message about these issues. It has been three days now and no returned call. We will be removing all accounts from this bank immediately. I have never received such bad customer service!

The staff appeared unprofessional, disorganized, and poorly trained, as if they were picked up off the street, creating an environment that reflected a serious lack of operational standards and intelligence. The overall atmosphere of the branch felt chaotic and inefficient, more comparable to a crowded DMV than a professional financial institution. For a bank entrusted with customers' time and money, I expected competence, professionalism, and leadership -- NONE of which were demonstrated during my visit.

I had a check from my job that Wells did not know how to read, so instead of giving me the check back to take to the bank who issued the check they tried to deposit it and then flag my check. This process took over a week to fix. I only could think about what if I was in need and this could have been real bad. The people in branch were nice but nice don't pay bills. Fraud department service and over the phone service all need to be let go from the job or need two months of training. I have been able to save 5 people from going to this bank and I hope to save more. Bank with Regions its a better bank. If a bank can not read checks its not the bank I want to be at. Stay away
