Poor customer service. I've had State Farm for over 15 years and seemingly the longer I have it,…read morethe more disappointing it becomes. This agency is unresponsive to text and emails when I have a billing issue or concern but sure don't mind reaching out to contact you when they're promoting their health insurance gimmick sales or pushing automatic reminders. Like a bad neighbor, State Farm ain't there ! Might as well have Geico or Progressive at this point for the call center experience. Save money too

Unfortunately, our experience with this office has been less than efficient. They're friendly and professional, but have not proven themselves reliable with the prompt and thorough client support we expected. They blame certain issues on corporate (out of their hands) and others on oversight . . . I'm willing to forgive some hiccups along the way, but I don't feel that I should have to beg for their attention and resolution to issues my husband and I have asked them to address.

They didn't even bother to check my visa type and ended up filing me as a non-resident by mistake. Because we needed ITIN number for my husband, we were paper filing. When I caught their error, I called them and asked not to send the papers until they fixed the petition. But they sent it anyway and advised me to file another one online as a resident. And they filed a new petition in a single week. As a result, the IRS got all confused and slapped us with a $3,000 charge. I bought "peace of mind", but guess what? It didn't cover anything for me. I could have filed myself better without paying for this "service".
