They did not bend over backwards or try to help me. It was a very stupid issue, that should have been a non-issue, and should have easily been handled at the agency level and could have been revolved with one phone call to underwriting management. However, I was told my renewal for autos would be cancelled because I had an old license problem in a different state, different from the vehicles that I had bought in Alabama, registered in Alabama, with my alabama license. All in all poor customer service and lousy customer care. I would put my money and policies with an agency that cares to go above and beyond for their clients and wants to help you.

The same staff then began to yell at me telling me how I've been nothing but rude when I questioned her on why she had done sure a fraudulent thing. When confronting the agent, he tells me how "she's such a jewel and if she yelled she was provoked" "because I know her". BLUF they are foolish and incompetent and I wouldn't use them if they were the last State Farm agent. My parents had been with them for years and are in the process of transferring all of their policies as well as I filed a complaint with State Farm.
