I have been a fan of Grove Street ever since I moved to the area. I was looking for a place to…read moreservice my cars and was thrilled to find one so close by. Then I experienced their service and quality. Making an appointment is ridiculously easy. There's constant communication from them when your car is being worked on. They give you everything not only in writing but in an email that you can say if so you can plan future work. They help you know what needs to be done immediately and what can be deferred to another visit. That is almost unheard of. I'm so used to getting a high pressure sales pitch every time my car goes in. That doesn't happen at Grove Street. You're given a list and almost like a to-do list you receive things that are immediate concerns, things that can be deferred and things that are acceptable and already being worked on. They have loaner cars if you need them and they even offer shuttle service to and from your house. Everything is explained in advance and their prices are incredible. It's a great value. I've not had a bad experience and I've been there at least 20 times between my two cars. I can't recommend them enough

Even though we've moved to southern NH, with other…read moreTown Fair locations and plenty of competitors nearby, I still drove over an hour to have my brakes done here. That's how much I value their service and reasonable pricing. My appointment was at 3 p.m., and they took my car in right away. A parts supplier accepted their order but then discovered they didn't have everything needed, so the shop had to reorder elsewhere, causing an unexpected delay. John and Adam stayed late to get the job done--even though it was John's birthday! They kept me updated throughout the delay and handled the situation professionally. Great service, fair prices, and people willing to go the extra mile. There's a reason I'm willing to drive an hour+ to keep coming back. Thank you, John and Adam!

They called a…read morefew hours later and said 'good news, there was a pebble caught in the wheel, we took it out, no charge'. They could have done nothing and charged me a few hundred bucks; they could have done work or replaced parts I didn't need and charged me a grand. Instead, they did the right thing. This is actually the second time they've provided 'over and above expectations' service, and it's the reason I bring all of my family's cars here and recommend it to others. Obviously the news can't always be this good - sometimes you really do need work and it can require costly parts or labor-intensive service, but that's exactly why you need to find a place you can trust.

I dropped it off today at 10:30, planned to run a few errands and pick it back up around noon the same day...the man who checked me in mentioned they would give me a call when it was done. A few hours later I hadn't heard anything. I called the shop around 1:30 to check on the status. They had not even started on my car. Said they were "just now getting to it" Fast forward to 4:30pm and still no call. I called the shop again and was told that they had tried to reach me and thought they left a message. I verified that they had the right number on file - they did. Now picking up my car over 6 hours after dropping it off.
