We called Thai body kinetics because they had the most reviews and they had availability for two for an hour body massage. When we got there, we were greeted by one staff and directed to a room for two people. When we were ready, two masseuse therapists came in. They didn't ask what kind of massages we wanted and just started working on us. It seemed promising at first when they were warming up, they asked how the pressure was and continued with work. By the half it, the girls just seemed lazy. The rest of the experience they were whispering to each other and giggling. Honestly, It felt like I was just being rubbed down with lotion, my therapist just did light work and added in stretches to make it seem like she did something. We paid $130 per person for an hour rub down. They had us Zelle their manager. For tip, they had the audacity to ask for MORE. Are you kidding? We tipped (which is optional) on the level of service and they wanted more. The space is small and they just stood there making things awkward asking for more tip. The one star review they have here was true. Don't get scammed here.

Me and my wife were visiting NY on a 4th of July weekend to refresh. My wife is a researcher so she…read moreknows what she does and she picked Robyn. I already was impressed as she was approved by wify! Some stuff went wrong that day as we had to reschedule the first visit (our hotel was 2 blocks otherwise it would've been a very negative point as I did not receive the notification). The appointment was at 5, but the previous massage took about 15 extra minutes so mine started around 5:18, and being me, I was there at 4:45 (on the website it says to come fill some forms, so I went earlier in case that takes unexpected time) so I waited a good amount with no one in the front desk. I was already frustrated by this time. Then around 5:20 we started, Roby first checked out my posture and got some idea of how my body is and gave me some feedback which was nice to know. Then the massage started. I had some lower back pain as well as some stiffness in my neck. I forgot to tell her about the neck but mentioned the lower back. I have no idea what kind of massage I went through, but it was a whole-body surface and some areas in deep tissue. It is an oily massage so expect that in your dressing. Starting from back upper/lower, right hand, left hand, right leg, left leg and flip over and almost the same on front. The massage table is fairly comfortable and the ambient was nice. I think the speaker quality could improve, maybe one of those wireless/Bluetooth Costco sound bars help!? The whole session took about 65 minutes (including some rest at the end) and I was done around 6:25. Roby does not rush the massage and does not compromise. At the end of massage, I was feeling comforted and satisfied even though there were some technical difficulties at the beginning (the ones mentioned above). The doorman was nice and polite. The Men's restroom surprisingly was locked and needed the passkey, so you better think twice if you plan to use the restroom there! Thank you Roby, hope your business thrives, A visitor from Chicago!

I was immediately greeted by the owner when i walked by. Luckily they had openings and I got my foot rub right away. My masseuse was great and she worked on my tired feet and my plantar fasciitis well. Then, I also got a 60-min body massage after. The bed was a bit hard because they put a paper sheet on top of regular sheet and there is no regular room but a curtain divider. Regardless, the massage was good and even comes with hot stone. At the end, it was a very relaxing massage and definitely worth the price. It is not the luxurious massage from fancy spa but you get a nice bodywork done. I thought the price was worth the expertise of my masseuse who worked for it. 1 hour foot massage was heavenly. The masseuse knows pressure points and techniques and applied really firm pressure. This is not the limp hands unenthusiastic type of cheap-o massage a lot of other places in the neighborhood sell. I ended it with a quick 15 minute back massage where she focused on my shoulders like I asked and was able to annihilate my knots after the 10 hour flight to NYC 2 days prior. She was on top of me pressing down with all her might. I believe she may also be a pro wrestler. I previously went into a different spa before winding up here but I didn't like the pushy attitude so I left. I'm glad I found this spot. They are flexible and super nice. It's also clean and smells good. I asked to start with a 15 minute foot massage because sometimes a massage at a new place is terrible so it's not worth staying for and I asked to bump it up to 1 hour because it was really good! The staff were really nice about my indecision.
