Yesenia is great at what she does! She recommended the Botox treatment for my hair and I am in love with how beautiful and healthy my hair looks. It took away the frizz and its silky straight. I also have to say she is great at cutting toddler hair. I took my son for the first time with her and she was so patient with him. He cried hysterically probably 80 percent of the time. We took a while to take him for his second hair cut for that same reason. The second time around he barely cried. She was so calm and tried to earn his trust. It seemed like she listened to me when I showed her the pic of how I wanted my haircut, but when it was done it looked nothing like it. The shape that I'm left with is not workable even. Ugly, ugly, ugly... And her pricing is "slippery". I thought it would be $55 because her sign said that but she pointed out the "and up" that was in very small print. She said mine wasn't "just a haircut" because she used a razor to get the choppy look and then she washed my hair which I didn't ask her to do since I'd already washed it. I got a same-day appointment for a women's haircut which starts at $50. The salon has adequate space and doesn't feel cramped. I asked for 2 inches trim and Yesenia kept my layers like it was previously done. She is professional and checked in to make sure that what she was doing was going to be what I wanted. I didn't get a wash and dry, but she did blow out my hair at the end to show me the layers, but I personally am not a fan when hair barbers do this because it hides flaws. Overall I had a solid experience though. There is a $2 for using a credit card, which sucks. read more

They were able to take me right away so I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did! I don't recall the name of the stylist but he did a great job. I have a medium length bob and it was $35. Just back from getting a haircut and color from the new owner Yesenia at Regina Salon and I couldn't be happier. I had started coloring my own hair with Madison Reed and it became dry brittle and course. Yesenia helped me pick a ash brown color to correct the brassiness and she gave me good advice on taking care of it and products to use. The color came out so rich and shiny and she cut it just like I asked. It's so much healthier looking now. And the price for the services was so reasonable. I went in for the first time to get my nails done with a friend... there was a single lady there working and the owner was on vacation so the hours were irregular. I gave 2 stars just because she did a good job. however this is horrifically offset by the fact that I will NEVER go there again, they are not trustworthy... I took my wedding and anniversary rings off just before she was going to put lotion on my hands so the diamonds wouldn't get dirty... I know I know, shame on me I put them down right next to me. I then got distracted and LEFT without my rings. I realized that night and left a voicemail on the machine, which said she would open at 10 instead of 9 the next morning since the owner was out of town. I called at 10:05. I called at 10:30. I called EVERY HOUR until she FINALLY answered the phone at 3:30 saying she NEVER SAW ME WEARING MY RINGS! I went there immediately after work and somehow she had closed shop already. It was 5:15. She worked 2 hours?? I went there for 3 days in a row until she was finally open - the owner was back so that is probably why. The owner gave me some story about me not wearing my rings that day maybe, or maybe they went into the washing machine with the towels, or maybe fell in the drain, or who knows because they don't have a camera. All she did was blame me even though I KNOW I left my rings there and where I left them. So.... if you don't wear rings while getting your nails done, then go for it. If you do however, run FAST in the opposite direction. read more

Horrible experience!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE FOR HAIR SERVICES!!!! I moved to the area last year but I never even thought to look for a hair stylist because I was trying to grow more of my roots out due to damaged hair from coloring it so much. I called this place first to try and make an appt but no one answered. I thought I'd just go in anyway since walk ins are welcome. When I got there, they told me the stylist was out to lunch so I waited for her. When I came back in 20 mins later, she was already back putting color in someone's hair. When I sat and waited, 2 more customers walked in and talked to the stylist asking for her services and I thought it my mind, "She must be good. One in the chair and two more people waiting." I couldn't have been more wrong!!!! I had hair all the way down my back so I took my messy bun out and showed her a picture of an A-Line bob & of course she smiled and said ok. I wear prescription glasses that I had to remove while she cut. Long story short- I didn't get to see that her cut was not anywhere near the picture I showed her. Also, she basically cut my hair in 5 mins, if that, & was like "Ok I'm done" and handed me a hand mirror to see the back. What bothered me was that I had to ASK for a wash and blow-dry. Again- she must be on quite a time limit bcuz I didn't get much time on that either. THEN - we go to blow dry and not one time did she put product OR use a brush...she blowdried my hair with her fingers!!!! I had to move my head three times because the heat from the dryer was burning my scalp. Again - she hands me the mirror so I can see the back but at that point,I was so done with her and ready to get out of her chair. CUT, WASH AND DRY...all done within 25 mins!!! And to add insult to injury, she charged $45!!! Because I respect my elders, I did not go off on her. I even gave her a $5 tip because I knew I was going to come on here and give the FACTS about the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT A HAIR SALON!!! I don't even like to complain in general - it's not in my nature but I had to give the reality on this one. I have heard of people who pay $50 for a cut and get treated like royalty!! So i got a gel pedicure and gel full set with 2 3D flowers it cost me $85 fuckind dollars and they had me waiting almost 4 hrs wtf and the lady said well i gave u a $5 discount im never going back there again! So pricey and stuck there for 4 fuckind hrs i can't believe it and i had to do it because i couldn't go nowhere else at that time.
