Not only couldn't they do the work, they destroyed my home. My husband who worked all day had to help them with lifting because they couldn't do it. I hired this company because they said there would be 3 men so my husband with back issues didn't have to hurt itself with lifting. So much for that. When these men moved our furniture one actually fell and dropped the machine. Attached are the photos of the damage to my home. We are SO pissed off that our 105 year old home now has scratches, paint missing, holes in the walls, and numerous big scratches on our beautiful original hardwood floors. The appointment was moved last minute from 11am to 6-7pm (they came at 7:30), which I accommodated though it was annoying because I had planned to start moving in that evening and now couldn't, but the cleaning itself was nowhere near what I was promised. I was told the entire house would be dusted, shelves and cabinets wiped out, floors swept and mopped, and everything left spotless along with a LONG list of things that should've been cleaned. Instead, I walked into cobwebs in multiple rooms, bathroom cabinets with hair, kitchen cabinets still dusty, gunk left on the floors, and even a toilet with urine on the outside and this was before I had even moved in so it was not mine. I ended up having to go back over everything myself. The women who came were very kind, but the actual cleaning was not worth the $200 I paid. I asked for a small discount afterward ($20 off), but in hindsight I wish I had pushed for more given the amount of work I had to redo. To make matters worse, within an hour of leaving around 9pm, they texted me at 10pm saying they "still haven't received payment." Considering they had rescheduled the job 8 hours later the night before, that felt very unprofessional and in poor taste. I have debated writing a review all month and truly wanted to support this woman-owned business, but I also want to be honest for anyone considering them and tell you to double-check what level of service you'll be getting.
