The lady (possibly the owner's wife) was very unprofessional and had a poor attitude, which made the whole process unpleasant. On top of that, he was charged $75 for a smog check. After checking with other smog check places, we found out that many places only charge around $45. We feel like we wasted our money and time here. I do not recommend this place. Don't waste your money or your time coming here. There are other places that offer better pricing and much better customer service.

The employee was visibly upset from the moment I arrived and started yelling at me for no reason. I remained respectful, but there was no reason to be treated that way. What made the experience even worse was that the smog test didn't produce a pass or fail result. Instead, I was told I would have to come back to retake the test and pay another fee. I don't think customers should be charged again when the first test couldn't provide a conclusive result. A smog inspection can already be stressful, and customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received neither. I hope the owner addresses both the customer service and the way these situations are handled, because no customer should have this kind of experience.

No one likes being at the DMV, especially me. I would have to say that they were very, very helpful. They greeted me with a warm smile, which is key for me when dealing with a business. The staff was very upfront and knowledgeable of what I needed to do and what was required of me by the DMV. They did not do the whole smoke and mirrors gag to get an extra dollar out of me. They assisted in me renewing my registration on the spot, and completed the other items that I needed to take care of in the DMV, without me even having to step foot in the DMV. People were telling me that the lines at the DMV were long even before they opened and because of the uniqueness of my situation, scheduling an appointment at the DMV to get my out-of-state car registered wasn't an option on the website.
