It's a little busy in the morning, but It's rarely a full house, you should be able to finish your strength training set without much interruption. There is plenty of cardio equipment too, I've never seen that area completely full either, which is nice :-) I myself usually try to go in the morning before work, the gym can be a little full then, but it's certainly doable. They did not scrimp on facilities, Cardio and strength training equipment is from Star Trac, they have the Fitlinxx system integrated into their equipment which is great for tracking your workouts. The locker rooms are kept very clean, the showers are spotless and well built and maintained and the buildings design is very modern and upscale. I would rate it 5 stars, but their hours of operation have been cut a bit, it's pretty easy to get in and have a good workout during the week, but they're closed on sundays, and close at 6PM on saturday which is a shame. The Aquatics schedule is always full too, so it's almost impossible for me to go and complete a few laps during Adult Swim. Those 2 negatives shouldn't deter anyone from checking the place out though! Their support structure is awesome, I've dropped 40lbs so far with their assistance and can't wait to see the other 100 go away too :-)

He is often sitting in a dirty diaper for 6-9 hours at a time , He is hardly ever bathed and they do not cut his food or feed him. This facility goes through staff like water, the staff are treated as bad as the residents. The bathrooms are filthy as is the whole building. This home even lost my father OUTSIDE the facility for 2 hours. The workers did not even know my father was missing for over an hour. Lake Woods should not be allowed to care for anything with a pulse. The administrator is absolutely clueless and has no management skills. DO NOT put your relative in this place! Avoid any homes run by this group of owners. This Place should be CLOSED!

Unlike many other pain clinics in West Michigan, this one offers compassionate and enlightened medical care. This isn't your typical assembly-line pain practice as most others clearly are. The majority of local pain doctors are merely anesthesiologists by training, while Rahimi is a physiatrist. Based on my experiences here, I strongly recommend West Michigan Rehab and Pain for those struggling with acute and/or chronic pain conditions.

After I literally…read moredied and was resuscitated by two nurses who came upon my auto accident in June of 2018, and after spending five weeks at Spectrum Butterworth where I had multiple close calls with death, I was admitted to Mary Free Bed where I received six weeks of rehab and care. How fortunate was I to live in an area where this resource is available! Every single person I encountered there was outstanding! The facility is beautiful and very clean! My family was treated with patience and respect, and, since I have six children and five grandchildren, there were always folks inquiring about my care. My husband stayed with me and was treated wonderfully. The doctors and therapists (and nurses, aides, and all staff) were top notch. I know that I wouldn't have made such a great recovery without this place. And I still had three more months of inpatient rehab (at Hope Network) and another six plus months of outpatient care. I cannot express my gratitude in any adequate way. And Dr. Samson Ho is my hero, too. What an awesome doctor in an awesome place! May God bless each of the staff people there!
