Tara is caring and goes above and beyond to help residents and families. The staff are attentive and caring. My mother has lived at Fountain view for about a year and lives being there. She enjoys the activities that Andrea organizes. Gary is very knowledgible and works hard to meet my mother's special dietary needs. Amber is kind and caring. Marcus works hard to keep things running smoothly. My mother has grown fond of many of the wonderful aides that are readily available to help her in so many ways. I started therapy with the team at ReSOLVE and finally have peace in my body. Everything was different here from any other pt I had experienced from the first appointment. Tom and Nick trained me to understand where my pain was coming from and how to apply simple techniques to address it. I know when I've completed my PT with them (I have 2 appts left), I won't likely have to return for the same issues. (BUT if I do need to go back, they also haven't run out all my insurance benefits for the year, bc they only use what is necessary. Instead, I am getting additional bills of $80 per visit bringing the total to $210 per visit (a 62% increase compared to the quoted price). I decided to call as a new patient and get a cash (no insurance) quote just to find out cash appointments are only $99 a visit. So, they charge 112% more ($210 per visit as compared to $99 per visit) if you have insurance?!? They did not provide a cash price quote in my initial consultation. Do not use them!!! You will end up spending thousands of dollars more than what they quote you!!!!!

I got it on April 7th( post marked April 6th, the day I re- called her) The first visit is a virtual visit. I'm thinking this place is not worth the time.

I love this doctor…read more I take my 2yo here anytime he needs shots or if he's feeling sick, and they always have the time for me.. They're in & out and the doctors and nurses truly care about their patients. The receptionists aren't as welcoming but I just assume it gets pretty boring staring at a computer all day *shoulder shrug* They aren't close to me but I always come back out here because they're just truly the best, it is so hard to find a family doctor that really cares about their patients, does things the right way making sure you get the best quality service and gets you in as soon as possible. Definitely recommend for a family doctor!

The facility has hired well and it shows in their attitudes and their actions. They genuinely seem to love their jobs! We have never heard any of them complain, they are always ready and willing to help plus go the extra mile, and very kind and thoughtful. The direct care staff, the maintenance, nursing, activities, the administrators....all are just super. Robbinswood has made this part of my mom's life easier and safer and has made our family worry less about her.
