The facility business staff is another issue.... terrible problems with communication, not responding to family requests or abiding by care guidelines. Currently they're basically kicking mom out because her care is heightened as she's become bedridden. Why bother advertising as a dementia ward with end-of -life critical care, if you then choose to screw over the family in their time of need? The doctors on staff also turn over way too much, likely from burnout. It's very sad, because the help really are good people, with a few exceptions.
