1/7/23: Today was my first ever visit here. So, I didn't know what to expect. We went to see "M3ghan" & we bought our tickets ahead of time. Walking up to the theatre, there was a sign directing people to buy movie tickets at the concession stand. We went to the concession stand for snacks & there were only 3 lines open. There was spilled popcorn all over the floor where we stand to order. People were slipping and sliding all over the place. The line I was in had an employee who was handling money and then going to get popcorn & etc. and not wearing gloves. No hand washing. No nothing. He even brought someone their popcorn with his thumb inside the popcorn bucket. Yuck!!! When it was our turn to order, we had to repeat it several times & we only ordered a small popcorn & medium Pepsi. On top of that, he said they didn't take cash in that line & then pointed to a small sign above the concession stand. We definitely didn't pay attention to that when we were trying to maneuver threw the spilled popcorn all over the floor & trying not to slip. Luckily, we had an available card to pay the $16. Finally, we get into the theatre & found our assigned seats. It was a good movie, but there was a rowdy group who wouldn't shut up the entire movie. They were loud and obnoxious. I don't blame the theatre for that. This rating is for the concession experience and dirtiness of the theatre all in all. I probably won't go back.

Hope this company survives. Came to the movies on a rainy Saturday afternoon and was the only person in a 200+ theater. The sound was excellent tho it was cold inside. Would likely be perfect if mote people were here.anther 100

By far the worst regal theatre I've ever been to. I love regal cinema (member) but I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place. I went to see Gladiator 2. The cashier told me they were out of pizza, hot dogs, hot dog buns, cheese for nachos and medium size popcorn bags. To add to this debacle the popcorn tasted like an elementary school fund raiser bag of popcorn. Definitely 0 out of 5 experience! If it was an option for .5 of a star. Trust me they would have gotten it.

This was probably the NASTIEST movie theater I've ever been in. I get it, we are all short hand with workers right now and everyone's hiring everywhere. But it's like no one works here at all! When we walked in we were greeted by the ticket person who immediately told us they had no food or beverages other than water and popcorn. I was planning to sneak in my Yeti with water but asked the guy, "well in this case can I get my yeti from the car" lol. As we walked in to grab our seat, the insane amount of popcorn on the floor, trash cans that were overflowing was beyond what my pictures could show. It was nuts and absolutely disgusting!!! From what my eye could see there was a total of 4 employees working at 10:30pm. Regal has to do better at getting their employees to work while working . Not sure how or what that looks like for them but this was not good at all.

Great place, though I think its strange that they tear your tickets at the concession stand.

Ambience: 5 Service: 4.5…read moreFood: 4 Cleanliness: 3 Date/Time: 5/23/2026 3pm Order: Pepperoni pizza ($19.50), unlimited popcorn ($11), chicken tenders/fries ($17), mozzarella sticks ($11.25) Crowd: 3/4 full Haven't been to a movie theater since pre-COVID days so not sure how the theaters are run, but this one certainly was unique. As you approach the storefront, you see the entire front painted in a Star Wars theme (2nd day of Mandalorian and Grogu). As you enter, a Mandalorian-dressed employee(?) was standing near the entrance. The lobby is set up like an old style video rental store combined with a mini restaurant/bar. The line leading up to the check-in counter (you can buy tickets and reserve seating online or purchase at check-in) is lined with video selections and the ceilings had various movie posters hanging from them. On the other side of the video "store" is the dining area for the restaurant. The check-in counter is shared with the food counter, then further down is the wine/beer/drinks counter. As you enter the back to get to the theaters (apparently 15 of them), there is an entire hallway of doors leading to restrooms/urinals. I can't speak to all of them but the one used was definitely not serviced as the paper towel roll was out of the dispeser and standing up on the wet counter so the towels were sucking up water. The theater is small in comparison to most theaters in the pre-COVID era, but had reclining seats with enough legroom to allow servers to walk in front of you when bringing your orders. The recliners recline at both the feet and head but the head doesn't got back as much as you'd expect so seats nearest to the screen (didn't have a choice but to sit up front) will still have you craning your neck to look up. Each seat also has a small (sticky) table with plenty of space to place your order. Then below the table, at armrest level, is a light pointing down to see the QR code for ordering. Plus there's a cupholder big enough to sit a large drink inside. Overall, it was pretty comfortable and didn't feel as crowded as it was which was almost 100% full for the 2nd day of the movie. The food was surprisingly decent but the pizza had burnt edges. The fries were salted well and were thick enough to retain the potato-y taste. The popcorn tasted fresh and was lightly buttered as requested. It comes in a large metal bowl, enough for 2 people. Overall, the experience was a good one, but definitely needs some cleaning of the tables at the recliners and the bathrooms. The food was pricey as you'd expect from a theater, so no change there from pre-COVID :-) I'd recommend it for the comfort of watching a movie on the big screen.

March 17, 2026; 3 Stars Rating…read more I visited this establishment as part of a birthday celebration for my cousin. We typically come here for celebrations. We were eager to come because of the changes made to their seating and menu. The changes to the seats were OK but not comprehensive. Only some chairs had the uplift, but it wasn't the full chair. It was just the portion of the chair that you sit on. The menu didn't change. They simply added a few things to the menu. I was excited to try them. I ordered a couple new items. I didn't enjoy the fried tomato; it was rubbery and not moist on the inside like I am used to having at other restaurants. I also didn't enjoy the bread pudding. It had a nice flavor, but it was too hard and crusty. The portion sizes were smaller than previously. I rated it a three star because it was OK, and we enjoyed our time together, but there is still work to be done to bring it up to the luxury standard for which we've all gotten used to. November 28, 2023; 2 Star Rating I visited this luxury movie and dinner location on November 29, 2023. I went after work to see The Marvels. I enjoy going to CineBistro. It's a wonderful experience and a comfort and convenience to have food while watching the movie. The seats are in dire need of repair or a covering. There are also some general areas that would benefit from some modernization/renovation. The service is always great, and I appreciate the variety of entrées and desserts available. It would be good if the menu could be more consistently/periodically updated especially for someone like me who visits Cinebistro quite often. The reason for my rating of 2 stars is because the heating system isn't working in some theaters. The theater that I watched my movie in yesterday was one of those theaters without heat. I was freezing while eating and watching the movie. If I did not have my coat, I would not have been able to endure the coldness for the entire movie. Although it was not unbearable because I was wearing my coat, it was very cold and not comfortable. A manager did come to see me and acknowledged the freezing conditions to see if I wanted him to give me a free ticket to return another day when the heat was working, but I opted to stay and continue to watch the movie because I had driven 40 minutes to go out there, waited very long to see this movie, and my schedule is pretty busy so I would not have had another opportunity to watch it before Cinebistro no longer carried it. Perhaps a better substitute to a free ticket would have been if he offered to pay for my meal because of the non optimal conditions that I was placed in. Other than the freezing condition in the theater, I enjoyed watching the movie and eating my tuna poke bowl and pumpkin bread pudding. February 17, 2023; 4 Star Rating My nephew, one of my friends, and I went to see the new Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania movie at CinéBistro Waverly Place today. My nephew was new to that type of movie experience, so we decided to expose him to it. The cashier was very professional, and very helpful in helping me sign up for their new rewards program. As we got seated and comfortable in our luxury reclining seats in the theater, a server came, brought the menus, and took our orders. We each ordered a salmon and shrimp entrée, popcorn, cheesecake, a few mixed drinks, and water. Our drinks were served within 5 minutes, and our food came out within 10 to 15 minutes. Everything was plated nicely, and our drinks were as expected. The dinner portions were okay. The salmon was moist and the shrimp was cooked well. The dish tasted good, but could have used a little more seasoning. It was a little bland. The cheesecake was flavorful but could have been a little larger for the price. The luxury seats were comfortable and relaxing. They were spacious as well, which helped to provide a great movie experience. I always enjoy visiting the CinéBistro at Waverly Place. It's always a good experience, but it is pricey so expect to pay a lot for this experience.

The chairs recline and you can put your feet up. I love that there's so much space between the rows so no one can kick your back. A couple issues I noticed: *The audio quality was terrible in my particular theater; the movie sounded like it was playing on an old boombox from the 80s. *The check in process is very confusing! I bought my ticket online before I left home. I walked in to the theater without anyone even stopping to ask me if I'd purchased a ticket. I figured there'd be a person waiting somewhere to scan my phone. *No one ever came by to close the side doors when the movie started. After half an hour of hearing people walk by, I got up and closed the doors. Not a big deal, I'm just used to other theaters always having someone close the door once the trailers are done playing and I wasn't sure if they were supposed to stay open for some reason. Besides that, I'll definitely be back!
