The place is way over priced. Maybe it's just the difference in locations but in Wichita I can spend almost half of what I spent there.

The worst place to buy snacks is at this movie theather, just half hour to get what ever you buy.

I've been coming to this theater since they opened. My kids are all grown now and no longer see movies at The Loop as they say there are better options. On Saturday I went to see a matinee showing of a movie and was charged almost $12.00 for a regular seat. As a local business person myself, if you pick the pocket of those you rely on for your income, they will usually take their business elsewhere. I could have seen this movie in any number of local theaters in the same area for around $5.00 less. I realize the overheads must be high in that area of town but you are pricing yourselves out of the market for local residents in my opinion. I'll take my kids advice and go somewhere else next time. read more

This is the closest movie theater to my house. Last night I went to watch Wonder Woman with my family and the movie did not start on time even with the previews having ended and also it took about 10 mins into the movie for them to turn off the lights. Next time I rather just drive a little further and get a better movie experience. read more

Great location for a local people. A lot of shops nearby, such as Ben&Jerry's (the best ice cream on the market), Ross, and/or Bed Bath and Beyond, so there is always something to do. In general, the staff is friendly, but isn't perfect of course. read more

Went to this theatre to see the latest Avengers movie! I feel so strongly about the way this movie theater was that I am taking the time at 11:30 PM on a Sunday night to write this review! First of all, the movie theater was mag- nasty! I have never been to a movie theater that was so filthy! The lines were extremely long just to get popcorn! You would think that the people that worked the lines were on vacation and didn't have any place to go, that's how slow they were moving. Next, even the stands inside the movie theater or filthy. Lastly, it was extremely hot in the movie theater. How many times have you gone to a movie, and it's always so cold, you know to take a jacket or a shawl with you. This time I wore a sweater, and it was very very hot. I was so disappointed in this movie theater, that I will never return to this theater again. I would encourage most of you to do the same. Pick someplace else. If you're going to pay the money that it cost to go to the movies, and then pay for treats, you may as well go someplace that is comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned. I come here more often now because I have my moviepass, but I would usually go to Artegon. I love it because it is super close to my house so whenever I decided to catch a last minute movie this location works out great! I have never had an issue at this location, I do very much like Regal. I really like the fact that there are kiosks inside and there's 3 of them so if the line outside is too long you can go inside these kiosks and purchase your tickets. I feel like the lines to get food/drinks move fast there may be a lot of people waiting but the times that I have gone they tend to move fast. Their small popcorn is a perfect size for my husband and I to share; popcorn always taste fresh! We usually order their small drink too and for us it's pretty big for a small, we are contempt with a small. The seats are not bad they are comfy the only downfall is that the armrest does not rise up so that can be a bit uncomfortable if you're not use to having them down. The theater is always nice and cold, easy to navigate your theater number. I'll continue to come here! read more

Me and my friends went to watch frozen 2 and service was good and the movie sounded awesome too bad we couldn't see it because the screen went black but other than that i would say its better to spend 20 more minutes driving to go to a better theater than to be waiting so long to see a movie and only be able to enjoy the audio read more

I HATE going to the loop due to the large amounts of little middle school kids running around. This place is the ultimate spawning pool for pre-teen/teenagers. To be fair though the theater itself is fine. The box office usually tends to go through a line fairly quickly. The concession stands are usually well staffed but Christmas night had that entire area moving slower than I-4 traffic downtown during rush hour. The girls were doing too much extra chatting and not moving fast enough. The movie theaters themselves are usually up to standard and clean with little to no screen malfunctions. Overall a decent experience. Just go when the kiddies are in school. read more

Can we say "Ghetto"? Yeah- this theater is in a predominantly minority, lower income area and that is not an issue yet what breeds in these types of areas is an issue. This area draws people who generally lack common courtesies, movie theater etiquette, and have a delusional sense of entitlement. Phones are ringing and even being answered while a movie is in progress. Sounds and flashing lights allow us to know a text or Facebook notification came through. Conversations are being held with no regard. People are explaining scenes and what was said to people who have a lack of understanding of the English language. Oh and don't forget the babies...Because who doesn't love a crying kid with a side of their 20.00 popcorn and soda combo? Yet, if you say anything or turn to look in the direction of the offending person, it becomes a confrontation. People- shut up! Watch the movie. If your kid is under 3, leave him/her with a sitter! No your kid is not different, not special- he/she should not be there! Especially if it's a PG, PG 13, NC 17 Or R rates movie. G...you get to go with your unruly kid to a G rated movie and even then- wait till the kid is 3... Turn your phone off and enjoy the show! Seats are decent/comfortable. read more

I just saw Oblivion at this theatre. Great movie by the way! But seeing as this is not a movie review site, I'll get to the point. I've been to this theatre a number of times and found the staff to be really friendly and the place to be clean and tidy. Theatre seats are comfortable and there is stadium seating in most of their movie rooms. I will say, as in most if not all theatres, the concessions are most definitely a rip off, but no one is forcing you to buy a $5.00 hotdog so I'll leave that one alone. I caught Oblivion with family during the matinee hours (4ish in the afternoon) so there weren't a ton of people there. BUT if you decide to grab a 7ish movie on a Friday or Saturday night, expect lots and lots of tweens and teens. Just saying! Kissimmee's one and only movie theater! Ok so it's a nice theater, but it is always filled with teenagers. I may be getting old but I enjoy watching a movie without tons of kids laughing and carrying on during the movie. I prefer to go a little earlier if I am going to see something new. The staff is nice. I love that regal has a loyalty program. I have earned free popcorn, sodas, candy and even a free movie ticket. Lack of motivation in this theater by Management staff is baffling. Complete total darkness in theater (ie- no house lights), no one with flashlight, despite telling someone 20 minutes prior to start. People were tripping over each other literally, that I had to post myself outside the theaters to warn everyone. Ticket taker tried his best to call in management but unmotivated manager walked by me with garbage bags and said she would check shortly. Asked to speak to a manager and no one showed up. Now we're in the theater, ALL the lights are on now , and it's past the show start time and there's NO movie. Very frustrating- there's a reason why people are shying away from movie theaters nowadays- and this sad experience it the reason. Update 30 minutes later- still here- no movie (was supposed to start 30 min ago), no management has come into theater to tell us what is going on- poor customer experience. My wife & I went to this theatre last night and saw Captain Marvel. It was the worst theatre I've been to in a very long time. I've been to dollar theatres that were nicer. I realized it was the weekend Endgame came out so I understand why they were so busy, but the whole place was filthy. I saw one guy sweeping popcorn behind the ticket taker as we were leaving. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because of that guy making an effort. The seats were terribly uncomfortable. When we bought our tickets at the window, the girl showed us what was available, which were basically the 2 front rows. We hate sitting that close, so the girl said since the movie is starting in less than 30 minutes & they hadn't sold any tickets in the wheelchair row, we could have 2 there. But when the movie started and I looked around the theatre, it was maybe half full. Also, I had a $20 gift card that I gave her along with my bank card. She must have pocketed my gift card because this morning I saw I was charged full price in my bank statement. That's my bad because I should have looked at my receipt. First time at this theatre - watched "Now you see me." The theatre is located at the Loop mall, sandwiching the theatre is a Johnny Rockets and and Ice Cream Store (forgot the name). There are stores within walking distance after the movie. The theatre was clean and bright. Staff were helpful and friendly. The seating was comfortable, quality and sound of the movie was great, and temperature of the theatre was just right (usually I'm freezing in the theatre). I rated it 4/5 stars because the pretzel bites I got at the concession stand were hard. Plus the food was overpriced. read more

before i saw the demon slayer movie- so basically what happened was, i got to the theater and i had my order placed, they ran out of the drink i payed for and refused to give me a refund, my brother couldn't see the movie cause he was too young (14) and he needed an adult, im 18 and showed my id but that wasn't good enough apparently as he said i needed to be 21, unless i wanted to see the movie alone, which i did see it by myself my brother couldn't go, but they refused to refund the other ticket and the drink my brother got, so my dad and i got cocky with the staff since they were being assholes to us, the employee even said "fuck you" to me, i just said back "love you to" and walked casually to my seat my dad said things like "so you aren't gonna let my two sons watch the cartoon alone in the theater cause they are 18 and 14, your website said that they needed to be accompanied by someone 18 or older, but when i get here its a 21 year old has to supervise both but an 18 year old can go alone" read more

Trash, every inch of the floor was covered in a mixture of mud and soda. Theatre does not have reserved seating so there are long and unnecessary lines of angry movie goes crowded in the lobby to accommodate managements lack of entering this century. The concessions is poorly run, again leading to bigger uneducated lines full of angry patrons. During the movie there were more than two dozen patrons Facebook Live recoding the feature film, snap Chatting and at time even using their flashlight. No theatre employees ever confronted them asking them to be respectful. Honestly I will never attend this theatre again, it's the same price tag for AMC at Disney Springs. read more

This theater is just ok. Typical movie theater problems. Looooong lines most of the time, seriously understaffed and mgmt only gives lame excuses. They have a kiosk on wheels that they can take snacks directly into the theaters but never use it. I've seen it only once in my years of attending this place. I've told management there repeatedly that if they would use it more often, I'd purchase from it every single time....but apparently they don't care about convenience for the customers. Hence the long lines for tickets and concessions. I do enjoy the occasional free ticket from the Regal Crown Club rewards program...but the only way to get points is to purchase the ticket from a person...the handy automated ticket machines are very cool and so much faster than the lines at the ticket box....but they don't read the membership card, even though it prompts you to use your card to get points for your purchase. So after saving a few minutes by using the machine and skipping the line, if you want your points you have to go to customer service and ....you guessed it...wait in yet another line. So if they were to get serious about customer service my review would be 5 stars. I love the stadium seating, and the seats are nice and the whole place has a new, modern feel to it. I'll continue to go, as it's my local theatre and easy to get to, but would like to see the place run a little smoother. read more

This theater is definitely smaller than what I am used to. The theaters aren't very big but other than that I had a great theater experience. The popcorn is fresh, (still expensive movie theater prices) but that's to be expected. Staff is friendly, establishment is clean. A regular ticket no 3D, no special seating, just a regular movie ticket costing 11.50, I know it's old critiquing the price of a movie ticket nowadays but AMC Theaters both the one in Downtown Disney and Citywalk is two dollars less and they have a bar and amazing concessions. Horrible experience from start to finish - inept management, amateurish and ill-informed concession staff, and unresponsive ticket attendants. The floor manager was unfamiliar with their RCC policies and was unwilling to honor them once she understood them, barely able to handle the simplest transaction. The concession attendant incorrectly charged for snacks was unable to manage the simplest transaction (two popcorn, two drinks). The theater attendant would not direct us to the proper theater and looked bemused, focused on his small kiosk instead of the customer. I'd be hard pressed to remember a worst theater experience.
