Picked this location because it has reclining seats, however their RPX room has an obnoxious wall divider in each row that is so tall, it obstructs the view of the screen. Never again will i be buying a seat in their RPX room. If you do know to bring a pillow to sit on so i can be boosted up on the seat. read more

This place is dirty inside and out and the staff has no sense of urgency to try to service the guest. You can get in early and you're still gonna wait over 30 to 40 minutes to get drinks and snacks and if you leave the theater you're gonna miss your movie because the line for drinks and snacks is still 30 to 40 minute wait...such a miserable experience. read more

Regal The Loop - Upgrade on fire!! The whole theater is being updated. - Cinema Near Me - Kissimmee, Florida

The Regal Loop location is currently under a major lobby renovation in September 2025. The kiosks for self service have been removed during construction. Once inside tickets can be purchased at the concession stand. There was a hold up actually getting in the theater. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and they had a single employee scanning tickets with a tablet and inspecting bags with a stick. They were looking to make sure you did not bring in outside food and drinks. The theaters are kept very clean and the recliners are comfortable. Regal turns on the house lights once the credits roll so they can start cleaning. The movie I was watching had additional content in the credits so it was distracting. The main restroom for the theater almost always has a few stalls not in service. When movies let out there can be a queue even though each gendered restroom has several stalls. The concessions had quick service and the popcorn was fresh. read more

I am glad it looks nicer since the renovation, seats are a lot more comfortable than before. My recommendation is doing an online order and picking up rather than doing the concession line. They do check any large bags as you provide your ticket before being directed to your theater number. read more

The great place to watch movies they have nice recallable seats and are super comfy. Only downside is the ticket prices are a little expensive. I paid almost $19 for one ticket. Don't go here on the weekends because it's a lot of high school kids. The best days to go are Monday through Thursday. Don't forget to download the regal app you get rewards points for free concession stand food and tickets. read more

This Regal has definitely been amazing. We have been going here for years and even watched it evolve the way it has. There is now upgraded seating in theaters one through eight. Pulled up with my friends today to watch backrooms but the workers aren't chill, don't even bother coming they do too much, don't even pre order food on the screen, the workers don't even show up to attend you and people wasted their money so they just had to walk away with wasted money. This theater is not in great condition. Half of the trays in the theater a broken or leaning. They don't offer any paper towels in the bathrooms. There were no signs to provide pricing that the snack bar. The tickets are overpriced, more than most other theaters in the area. Plus they kill you with the drink and food prices. 2 drinks and popcorn cost just under $40. They keep saying people should go to the movies to support them, but they make it completely unaffordable to do so. Then they check everyone's bags to make sure they are not bringing outside drinks it, which some people need to do to be able to afford to come. Other theaters in the area are also not doing this. Do better. I'll be visiting other theaters going forward. I'm done with Regal. read more

A standard Regal theater. Nothing overly fancy or nice about the space, but a good spot to watch a film. The seats and entrance area are clean, the service was well done and the screens (I saw) are well maintained. There is also ample parking in the area. This isn't my go-to theater, but it offers a solid option. read more

I truly thought I had reviewed this one on here before, but I don't get here very often. We wanted to go see Inside Out 2 and opted for Regal. In all the time that has passed since I was last year, nothing has really changed. Most people buy their tickets in the app and present their phone to get back to the theaters themselves. You can walk in the door anytime and get to the concession stand, which is something that I like. we had a short way to concessions as there was one family before us and an employee waiting to clean up the area. We ordered our food and went back to see the movie. I opted for a large popcorn with too much extra butter and a large drink. In hindsight, I realize I should've gotten a small drink. One of the things I like about coming here is that their prices are better than most other theaters. you also get a better quality of popcorn and some of the snacks for what you were paying. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the theaters are fairly well kept. The only downside to our movie experience was that the volume levels tend to be way too high these days. I find it to be too loud with or without my hearing aids and the kids feel like they need to wear their headphones so that it doesn't hurt. Beyond that it is a very good experience and I do like going to regal theaters. The theaters are very accessible with the ability to get around fairly easily with a wheelchair. read more

Vacationing in Florida and we needed chill date night out. So, we found this place and decided on "Joker", perfect movie for a date night - hah. We bought our tickets online which was easy. Parking was also easy since the theatre is within a shopping plaza. The place was clean and inviting. Nice big lobby. We made our way to the theatre and I noticed a party room to host a kid's birthday - so cute! Bathrooms are large and have a classic movie theatre vibe with lots of tile and primary colors. The theatre seats were comfortable - not a recliner seat like some of the theatres we have in Michigan. But good cushioned! Enjoyed our experience and would be happy to come back if I am ever in the area again. read more

This was our first visit to a theater since moving to Florida. This theater is located in The Loop shopping center. You have a Johnny Rockets on one side and a Ben and Jerry's on the other side. You could very easily do dinner and a movie. Now if you are a traditional movie goer, you could always visit the concession stand. Popcorn, candy, soda anything you can imagine. We were in theater 1 which was huge. If they had a major film opening it would have plenty of room for a great opening night turnout. The only reason for a 4 star review is because the seats only rock, this theater does not have luxury/reclining seats...maybe in one of the other ones, but not in theater number 1. We enjoyed our family night out to the movies and highly recommend you give this theater a try for your next family night read more

Location is in a shopping plaza with a large variety of clothing and specialty stores. Clean inside. Seats don't recline but it's a nice size. Bathrooms were really clean with a dispenser for feminine hygiene products including lip gloss. read more

Updated review! Gave this location a second chance and I'm glad I did. Air conditioning was fixed this time. Used my sweater because it was chilly how it should be during a movie. You also have the option to prepurchase your concessions at the box office, which can be a huge time saver. Paid for Black Wakunda Forever movie for Real 3D. Another paid guest came in and informed everyone that they made the complaint. After the movie, I spoke with the Manager, Mr. Finnell. He stated it was nothing he could do about it since no one during the movie said anything but that they fixed it at the beginning. I absolutely love this movie theater. First and most importantly to me, the theaters are always very clean. They do a great job of cleaning up each screen room after each movie. That to me is very important, because I have gone to some cinemas, where it looked like it had never been cleaned throughout the day. Next the location is perfect. It is centrally located with many restaurants, shops, and other things to do before and after your movie. Also at this theater, they serve beer and wine which is definitely a plus to people who enjoy having a drink during the show. The staff is always very friendly and I've never had a bad customer service experience there. And one of my favorite things that they do is in the summertime. Every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 AM they run one dollar movies. This is a great thing for a family trying to get out on a budget. The only negative about this theater in my eyes is the actual cost to going to the movies. I'm sure if you look around you might be able to find a place that would be a little bit cheaper but if you're going to the movies you pretty much know what to expect already read more

I usually watch movies here in the late morning/early afternoons to avoid the crowds. Staff are friendly and bathrooms are typically clean. Theatre 8 has had a black dot in the middle of the screen since before COVID and it bothers me. I prefer a theatre that has reclining seats, and unfortunately this one doesn't. I come here out of convenience of distance and to earn my Regal points. It's a decent theatre but it's definitely not the most up-to-date like Epic, some AMC theaters and even SouthChase. If some of the newer luxuries don't matter to you, then you'll be good. read more

This Regal Cinemas in KIS does not feature the new recliners found at other locations but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and cleanliness here. No wait in line (on a Friday afternoon) and while waiting for popcorn a concession worker pointed me to another just waiting to serve. The lobby area is huge and there are plenty of arcade games and treats about to keep the kids entertained. Again, this location is older but I did not notice any mess left about and I appreciate that as a patron. I was able to park fairly close to the theatre and, on the way out, I knew I would be happy to return when in the KIS area again. read more

As a decent sized local cinema that's also the closest to me, I pretty much go here all the time to watch the latest movies. With a good amount of theaters they always have a good selection of movies to choose from at various times in the day. It can definitely get crowded and crazy on weeknights, as other people have said, with all the teenagers, children, and families. But if you want to avoid them, it's relatively easy to do so. It's also probably one of the few theaters that doesn't have pre-assigned seating which I actually consider a positive since I don't have to worry about buying my ticket early to ensure a good seat. The company also has a nice rewards program that gives you free concessions and even movie tickets. Actually getting concessions, however, can take a ridiculously long time, even on the less crowded nights. So if you plan on buying some popcorn and soda, make sure to get there a little early. All in all, a nice place to go to for the movies. Although it could likely benefit from a renovation at some point. read more

Stood in line for 30 minutes just to be told they're out of popcorn, any kind of heated food and half of their soft drinks. Why was I in line for 30 minutes to get a soft drink and some candy? I'm a little mixed about this theatre. I've good and bad experiences here. I will say I think it's rather pricey for the concession items but it's expected at theaters I guess. I like that the seating is reserved in a stadium seating so there's really good seats throughout the whole theater. The seats are comfortable and they have a cup holder. I went here with my son to watch a couple of movies. I wish they had trays for carrying the concession items. It's tough juggling 2 hotdogs, 2 drinks, candy, and popcorn. Other theaters I then been to have some nice ones that fit into the cup holder making it easy to take care of the little one. I just won't get as much next time. Now for the problem. I went to see a movie that I couldn't get the tickets online to see. When we arrived before it was set to start they didn't have it available. The lady told me that x minutes before start if no tickets sold then it would drop out of the system. That's not good. We ended up going to another theater and didn't have problems there. read more

Giving it two starts simply for the movie, the sound and visuals are fine. Concessions were awful. We placed our order at 8:03pm on a non busy Sunday evening. I ordered loaded fries and my husbands ordered chicken fingers and fries. We expect a small wait for hot food at any theater so we always allow for enough time so we don't miss the beginning of the movie. Our orders came out at 8:16 and our food was cold, maybe lukewarm. The employee who brought it out put her gloved hand in the box and said it "felt warm" to her. I explained that we waited this long for our food, we expect it to at least be hot. She said fine she can re-make it but it would take another 10-15 minutes. We agreed to wait even though we would miss the beginning of the movie. This is the closest movie theater to me (and the only one in Kissimmee at that) so I frequent here. The theater itself is nothing out of the ordinary. Not too big, not too small and it's often times kept clean. The chairs aren't reclining or that big but they're comfortable! The staff here is friendly and will help you with any concerns you have. Now, if you want to enjoy your movie "loud and obnoxious teenager" free do not come on the weekends as that's all that will be here. It's very likely that they'll be loud during the movie and make it not enjoyable. Overall, it's a nice theater and you'll be able to watch your movie in a clean facility. Just avoid weekends if you can. read more

I love movie theaters. I especially love them if the satisfy three things: 1. My taste buds. 2. My poor college student wallet. 3. My desire for cleanliness. 1. Their popcorn and treats were pretty good. However, the concessions line wait was horrendously long. Be sure to get there about 20 minutes before you actually want to be there, because you'll be stuck in line. 2. I enjoy finding movies that are cheap, a Saturday matinee here, however, was $9.50...ouch! Try to come on days where it's not too busy and when they give discounts because, wow. I could've purchased 18 tacos with that kind of money--it's a good thing the movie I attended was stellar. 3. The theater was pleasant. Luckily I did not step on any leftover popcorn or dip my hand in previously spilled Pepsi. The restrooms could've used a little work, but overall, I was pleased. The employees were kind and helpful as well, and it's nice that this theater is right in the middle of both great shopping centers and restaurants! TIPS & TRICKS: * They don't have pre assigned seating, so get there early if you want a good view of the screen. * There are some yummy looking candy dispensers in the hall right outside the theaters.
