After much prodding and at least one semi- valid excuse for not working, the firm power washed the home ($650 as stated in the contract). Since that time no work has been done and the firm refuses to answer and/or return my calls or respond to my letters demanding work or repayment of my initial payment minus the power wash ($3900). Legal action seems to be my only alternative at the moment. Be extremely careful if you are considering hiring this firm.

We sent him a large sum of money to purchase the windows. That was on April 1, 2022. He acknowledged receipt on April 7, 2022. We sent emails, texts and left voice mails after that asking for status. We received absolutely no response from him. Finally our friend in South Bend contacted him and he responded to him right away. That was on May 31, 2022. He let us know that he was going to cancel the transaction. Told him we didn't want to cancel just get the windows and we'd have someone else install them. Also said it was our money and up to us. Todd was never able to give us an invoice or any proof that he even ordered the windows. After sending him a letter that if we didn't get the windows or refund our money by June 30, 2022 we would take further action. He responded that he was sending our money back on June 28th by fed ex. It didn't go out until July 1st and we did get it July 5th. All we wanted was some communication from Todd. We have a lot of friends in the Granger/South Bend area and will definitely not be referring him to anyone that asks.
