I had a perfectly fine and good little Regal experience. The map app might take you to the wrong part of the parking lot though. This Regal is really clean. I mean the lobby, theater, and bathrooms are all incredibly well kept. I will note that the seats are not the most comfy, but they work. Pretty much they're the older model of theater seating, not the super plush kind, I'm sure they'll be upgraded at some point. Regal always has the weird promotional items out for movies. Take a look at what they have to offer. Not this most recent time, but I've bought a cute Krypto the Super Dog popcorn (pupcorn! Lol) bucket. This last time, I watched The Black Phone 2 here on a weekday night. It was obviously not crowded and the cashiers were fast and helpful. It's a totally fine theater. The seating was quite uncomfortable, and the space seems like it hasn't been renovated in a while.\ this one stood out due to a noticeable smell when we walked in and the lack of ticket scanning at the entrance, which made things feel a bit unorganized. I bring a large party of 20+ clients to this location for movie outing monthly--bi-monthly and it is always the absolute best experience. They manage the chaos of our group, which frequently has special needs and challenges, and extend us so much grace and impeccable customer service. Carlin, the MOD whenever we come, is absolutely wonderful; super helpful, knowledge, able to adapt on the fly as needed, and seems to be very competent leadership for their team. Came here to purchase an advanced ticket to see Wakanda Forever. I had a gift card that no one could figure out how to use and the computer for some reason wasn't accepting it. However, both the workers at the concession stand took their time to assist and were able to make sure I had a ticket. read more

I took my beautiful pregnant wife and our Barbie-obsessed daughter to see Barbie (2023) for the pre-screenings last night, and, boy, did I feel like a Barbie "girl" in a Barbie "world"! The nice employee at the ticket printing station joked around with us while our tickets printed and the employees were very nice overall. However, we got one popcorn that was $10! For a medium! I felt so cheated by the concessions pricing. How dare you do this to me, Regal! I thought you loved me! Anyway, once we got to the theater, the seats didn't recline, which hurt my back so much!! I love coming to this theater, it is one of my favorite places to go see movies. I love that this theater is not as crowded on the weekends/weekdays as many others that I know of. Close to 400, 285 & Marta stations, so easily accessible. It is a smaller theater with only 10 auditoriums, but it had a very old-fashioned home-like feeling to it. Regal Perimeter Pointe is a theater complex with multiple screens featuring new release films, plush seating and concession stand. A nice chill theater. I like that I can have a glass of beer/wine and that they are an equal opportunity employer. This theater participates in Fathom events, staff is very friendly and helpful. I am always allowed to go out and come back during the intermission. The sound quality is excellent. Bathrooms are mostly clean. Great location, ample free parking spaces in front of the theater. Easy access from anywhere of the town. The lines for tickets and for food moved very quickly, go for those popcorn and drink refills without hassles. Also great rewards for membership. Overall a great experience and will be going again. During the Summer, I stopped in to see a movie by myself after work. To be prudent, I brought in my laptop bag into the theatre to protect my work PC from the heat, but also to remove the chance of a break-in. The laptop bag was not bigger than many women's purses. After choosing a seat, I settled into my watching position along with the snacks I purchased at the concessions counter. Then, not 10 minutes into the beginning of the movie, one of the workers theatre workers approached me and demanded to look into my computer bag. I felt singled out, and indignant. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told I that I was making a scene. I wanted to ask who accused me of looking `suspicious,' even though I had office attire on. I was also the only Hispanic in that auditorium. I did not enjoy the movie, as I was not offered an apology from either the staff, nor from anyone that was in the auditorium. Women who had handbags bigger than my small computer bag weren't even a bleep in the RADAR of the coward that called the staff on me. More importantly, the staff did nothing to compensate me for a horrendous movie experience, even though I paid the same admission as everyone else in the auditorium that day. Since then, I have not set foot back in that Regal Cinema circa Dunwoody. Moreover, I will share my experience with everyone, as that staff treated me as a second class citizen. read more

I visited this location due to being in the area. After a long day of shopping in Alpharetta. Eating in Duluth I just decided to go near my job to catch a movie. The last time I visited this movie theater was about 9 years ago seriously. We went on a Saturday about 6:30 so the prices was $13+ I don't usually pay that for a movie but I really wanted to see Girls Trip and this was close by. I used my Regal Cinemas card and walked in the door. There was virtually no line at the outside box office so that was a plus. I didn't go to the concession stand because I had just eaten dinner but there wasn't a long line there either. The theater itself has the nice seats that recline back and bounce. The floor was clean. I have seen a number of free movie previews at this theater. The theater is clean and well-managed. The staff is relatively friendly. They do not have reserved seating or reclining chairs. My only complaint is that they don't list the movie titles outside of the theaters. You have to remember the theater number, because it doesn't tell you which movie you are seeing. read more

The theater itself is fine. And by that, it was clean and not overly crowded. I went to see the new Batman movie last night. Tickets were $15 each for a 5pm showing. For a new blockbuster movie, I don't mind paying this much or more. It's not a big deal, but what IS a big deal to me is the quality. So The Batman movie is already quite dark since it mostly takes place at night. But I noticed something even when the previews were playing. The quality of the screen itself was... not good. It looked hazy or faded... which meant that the movie itself, already being dark, was not great quality. It didn't look crisp or high contrast. So be warned if you decide to go here to watch your movies. It didn't make the movie completely unwatchable, but it did hinder my own experience because instead of focusing on the story, I couldn't help but notice the quality. Also, the screen was small; something I'd expect for a movie that was about to stop being shown, not for a blockbuster movie on opening weekend. read more

While this isn't the best Regal movie theater, it's certainly not the worst. I'd rank it slightly above average as the staff are exceptionally well trained and accommodating. It's also very conveniently located as the closest theater to Perimeter Mall (there was a free-standing theater on the mall grounds many years ago that some locals will remember, but it was given up for additional parking). The interior is becoming a bit dated but in general the theater is very clean - you don't get the ick-factor while experiencing the bathrooms, halls or seating. Reading the above, I would normally provide a higher rating - if Yelp would allow for a half-star this theater would certainly deserve 3.5 - the real negative are the screen sizes. I attended the latest blockbuster last night and was in theater 1 - yes there is stadium seating (sort of - the seats don't have much elevation), however due to the elongated room you are much further from the screen when seated mid-theater. If you've been to the Hollywood 24 - it's like being in the largest theater cut in-half lengthwise. I was on the entry row seated next to the spaces for wheelchairs and it felt like I was still way back, with a bit of a tunnel-vision effect. Along with this the sound seemed to be a bit muted - the room could certainly use some tweaks in that area. This theater also is used to preview many movies before release (usually on Thursdays or Tuesdays) - last night there was the latest Adam Sandler fiasco being featured. I attended the first night of Legendary's Godzilla (fantastic film, by the way). Another bonus of this theater is that it usually doesn't have an abundance of crying babies (an endemic issue with the Hollywood 24), although last night there was one idiot who talked through the whole thing. As with all Regal Theaters, the ticket prices are on the higher-side. They do have some discounts and accept the ticket coupons that are sold at Costco, if you like saving a few bucks. They also have the usual discounts for the military, students and AARP members. Two really fantastic aspects of this theater don't have to do with the theater specifically. The first is the Starbucks next-door - great for that before-the-movie pick-me-up. The second is Royal Oak Pub (a couple of doors to the left of the Starbucks) - for much the same reason as Starbucks but a different kind of pick-me-up. It's a good place to pick up a pint and the most excellent ahi-tacos. Or if you're on the cheap you can hit the Wendy's at the front edge of the parking lot. Parking can be a bit of a challenge - there's plenty but these businesses are popular so you may have to walk a bit. read more

I went to this theatre on Thursday with my husband and daughter to see the new "Barbie" movie. First, parking wasn't a problem! The parking lot was quite large, so we were able to park in the front. We hadn't gotten our tickets online, so I was afraid they'd be sold out with how popular the movie is. Yet, there were seats available. The young lady who took our tickets was very friendly and showed exemplary customer service! However, our popcorn was $10, which was crazy! Once we got to the theater, though, I had a little bit of a bad experience. My husband complained throughout the movie, as the seats here didn't recline, and I had to use the restroom with my daughter in the midst of the film. When we went to the bathroom, a few of the toilets were dirty, and the smell was worse than a usual public restroom. Other than that, the movie was great, and the theatre itself was alright. (As a bonus, there was one strange employee that is usually there that wasn't there this time!) read more

Don't waste your $$ here. Theater charging modern day prices but stuck in the 90s. Came here for the first time today in probably 5 years out of convenience of being in the area and I'd never come back. Have a 3.5 year old and the chair was folding in on him the whole time. I had to hold the chair down most of the movie so he didn't get smushed. There are so many better options within 10-20 minutes you can go to. Only reason we are 2 stars are the employees. They were great and I enjoyed their enthusiasm with my kiddo. They were the only bright spot. read more

This theater has a good lineup of movies shown in old-school-style theaters with old-fashioned theater seats. There are no reserved seats so you take them as you arrive which can work out nicely for a larger group If you're ever late. The problem is the popcorn. Whatever they cook it in is making my whole family sick every time. You would think we would have learned the first time but popcorn is just so tempting at the movies! All of us were up last night with stomach aches after the Spiderman show. I hope that they will examine whatever they use to cook their popcorn. read more

So today we decided to go to the movies. It was a long day & the theatre was kinda old. The only showing we could make for Ghostbusters was in 3D... I HATE 3D. But I took one for the team & thought, not to be a buzz kill & enjoy the show! Fast forward to almost the end of the film. The BIG finale! But...then the screen blacks out! ...and the lights stayed off!...and boom! a loud, thunderous roar followed... Holy sh*t, is this part of the movie or did a storm suddenly hit us & all the electricity blew out???! Everyone sat still in the dark for a long moment while my brave colleague sought for help. But no one came... 5 minutes later, the movie restarted at first with no audio & then finally, we got to the END. Considering the cost for this film & the fact that no one checked in on us, let alone apologized for the inconvenience, we thought to say something. Me: "Can I pls speak to your manager?" Them: "Um...why?" Blah blah blah. But still NO ONE approached us. We went to the info booth & overheard a turd say, "They want a mgr, I'm busy & don't have time now." Mind you, it was SLOW. There were more folks "working" than customers. Then supposedly 2 mgrs finally identified themselves & began spewing excuses of what they would've done, but obviously didn't. I stopped them from speaking & got straight to the point. Me: "Not only is this a LACK of customer service & COMMON SENSE, but it's a safety hazard." Them: "You're not listening. The power went..." Me: "No. Stop. You listen. You're only escalating this further than it needs to go. I don't need more excuses. Just an extended courtesy. For ALL of us." They shut up & gave us free tickets. This was good for the team so I let it be. The BEST part? My colleagues looked at me in complete shock! Impressed at my calm directness, they said, "Damn this lil' Filipino gal ain't one to back down!" Damn right. read more

Luckily I gave this place another shot before writing it off completely. My first experience here was horrendous. The second time around was much improved. For starters, buy your tickets in advance online. You wait to buy tickets outside, so if there is a line and it is cold, be prepared. However, it is covered and somewhat out of the elements. The seats don't recline here, which, is almost unheard of in 2018. They do serve beer and wine. My first visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I got my tickets and bought a large popcorn and a large drink (yes, a large...for myself). HUGE popcorn fan. But with that comes certain expectations that I bring while going to the theatres. I enjoy getting to my seat, watching previews, eating as much popcorn as I can, and then getting a refill right before the movie starts. One of my expectations is that you should not have to wait back in line to get a refill. For one, You've already waited in line. Two, YOUR MOVIE IS PLAYING! You don't spend $30 for 2 tickets and miss 20 minutes of your movie while waiting behind 6 customers for something you already paid for. There was only 1 employee taking orders by the way, which had to mean someone, if not multiple people, did not show up. With this expectation, I go up to the counter (next to the line so that I am not cutting but they know I want a refill) and the guy looks at me and says, "Um, they were next." I responded with "My movie is currently going on." But he goes and takes the order regardless. Needless to say I did not get my refill AND missed some of my movie. Sidenote--- All movie theatres need a separate line for refills only. The great ones I've been to have them, and, if they don't have them, they train their employees to spot those who need refills and call those people to the side in order to make sure they get back to their movie in a timely fashion. Anyway, my second visit was much better. The theatre was staffed and they were friendly and helpful while taking my order. There was no line for my refill the second time around. I've only been here a couple of times for movies, which is odd, being as I live so close to the theater. The theater is located in a huge plaza, sandwiched between an Atlanta Bread Company and a Starbucks. Many movies are playing at once, I believe 10 at a time, hence the name Regal Cinemas Perimeter Pointe 10. Most large blockbusters and popular films are shown hear. I was recently here for a movie event, where the film, The Dropbox, was playing for only 3 nights. We still bought our tickets the normal method ($12.50?! Movie ticket prices are getting way too steep), although the event was not marketed on the box office. Student discount prices are not always available, especially not on weekends or in the evenings. Seats were mostly uncomfortable - the seats were so straight and there was no curvature to the neck that I had a hard time sitting still in my seat, constantly readjusting to avoid getting a crick in my neck. It undid all the chiropractic work I've had done to my back, for sure. This is a convenient location for me for movie watching but it was so expensive here now that I'd rather drive farther out to lower cost movie theaters. I only come here during the week days because it's so close to my office. I can decompress while I watch a movie. Parking is AMAZING. There's a huge lot. Regal is a part of a strip but the lot is never full. You have to get your tickets on the way into the theater. Can be a tad annoying if it's super cold or extremely hot. I rarely buy any food here since it's probably overpriced. Lol. I highly recommend you eat before coming! As for seats - pretty normal. Nothing too bad/good. As always - movie commercials are around 15 mins, so last minute bathroom breaks are good! read more

I'm an avid movie goer. I go so much I have a budget for it. Its only right I give these theaters the reviews they deserve, starting with this one. My neighborhood theater. (Ooh... freshly popped popcorn) What I like: They always have the latest movies. Stadium seating. That means the big head in front of you won't block the screen. Regal Club Card benefits (sometimes even free movies) Lots of things to choose when it comes to goodies. You can buy tickets on-line, and print them there. They have real 3D If you have to wait for a movie, Starbucks and Atlanta Bread Company are right next door. What I don't like: They do not thoroughly clean the theaters, especially after a new movie showing. It's clear they don't have enough time between the longer movies (just poor planning). While they have a large selection, better get there early because it takes them forever to place your order and get anything. Yes you can print your tickets there but you have to go to the customer service desk because the Kiosks rarely work. The lines are crazy because they don't staff appropriately. The bathrooms are in just OK condition. And ladies you know what I mean. TP all over the floor, seats a mess, not enough soap, lines to go. But usually it's clean with only 2 of the 4 things I mention happening at a time. I like the theater and will continue going there but they have some explaining to do and improvements to make. They cut off the closing credits, that is the sole reason this theater gets 2 stars. I came here to see The Last Airbender and was pleasantly surprised to see someone I had done martial arts with as one of the Earth Benders. I was looking forward to seeing who else I may have known in the movie but no, denied. Right when the credits should have rolled that's when the lights came on and the film stopped. Two weeks later and I'm still pissed about. I guess there are safety issues cause there were 2 cop cars parked out front and the cops were just hanging out making sure nothing happens. They have stadium seating, expensive concessions, small women's bathrooms, & matinee's end at 3pm. read more

This was my first visit to this theatre on a Saturday evening. I noticed that it is a hang out spot for many teens between the ages of 14-18. Because there is outdoor seating in front of the theatre the teens gather. If you are twice that age this can be a disruption to your quiet movie evening. Inside was more of the same. Unfortunately, the theatre wasn't as clean as I would like and that is due to the many teens dropping their food as they walk. I went to the concession area to get a water. They gave me one but it was room temperature so I had to return it for another one. One aspect that was a plus were the seats. They were comfortable and reclined slightly. If you are out for a date night with your lovely other I would recommend trying another theatre on Saturday nights. read more

This is a small theater compared to the huge theaters outside the perimeter. I think my boyfriend and I make it a point to go to AMC since we have ticket vouchers, but since The Martian, surprisingly, wasn't playing in too many theaters, we settled on viewing it here. Contrary to the other big theaters, this theater doesn't seem to draw too many kids/teenagers. Also, the staff actually checked my purse contents with a flashlight before letting me into the theater. I guess they take safety seriously here. I'll still go to the bigger theaters because they're newer with improved sound and they serve alcohol, but if I ever want to see a movie just for convenience, I'll definitely return to this theater. read more

it's a decent theater that feels a bit dated. i hate the seats. they're the rocker seats that don't stay reclined and have that weird curvature, forcing an awkward bend in your spine. however, there are no springs poking you in the ass either ... so at least there's that. read more
