Do not waste you're time or money here! If I could give a 0 I would. Long story sorry!
I called this morning to check their availability at 10am and the price of what I was requesting, and let the lady know I was on my way right over. After I showed up the guy tony I suppose was busy on a customer and so his wife , I didn't catch her name, told me to sit and she started the process of a full set acrylic coffin nails, which I was told earlier were $30. So we got to talking and she got just about half way done with my nails and a customer walked in and she stood up and said "she's my appointment so I'll have you wait for tony, hes almost done give him 5 minutes." So I waited, for 30 minutes for tony to finish what he was doing with the other customer. He came over and started to finish my nails and I notified him that I had to be somewhere important at 12 noon and it takes me a 7 minute drive, and it was already 11:30am. He said you'll be fine and reassured me. So he asked for my nail polish and he said I should do gel they dry faster. They do but if that's what I wanted I would have asked. So he apparently ignores me and starts putting the get polish on and I can't tell the difference between the bottles , or else I would have said something. Then I have to put my hand under the light, so now I saw something. I told him o asked for the regular polish NOT THE GEL and he said it's ok! And he said I'll give you $5 off. I'm thinking he's being secretive about the gel and also giving me a discount for being patient. NO! So I keep looking at the clock and reminding him I have to be somewhere at 12 and he said, " oh I thought you leave at 12". I clearly told him it was important before. I started getting bad anxiety and as he's putting more and more layers of gel the clock is already at 11:58am and he hasn't even put the clear gel on yet. I reminded him again I needed to leave and he looks at me and said , "what you can't be 10 minutes late?" EXCUSE ME BUT NO!!!! So with patience I asked him if i could return back so he could put the clear polish on and he agreed. Before leaving I paid with a $100 bill and he handed me back $60. Already furiously upset I realize he charged me $40 for what I was told $30 and he even game me a $5 discount apparently. Ugh already late for my appointment I still left and went. I returned to the establishment for my clear polish and waited 10 minutes and tony came and started applying the polish while he was I asked him about the price. He indeed meant to charge me $40 and argued when I asked details, me told me that the coffin shape was 45 and the gel was extra. With his wife working on a customer I told him that I called and what she had told me. He looked o er to her and back at me and said "well this is what you pay!" Knowing there's no winning I asked him to just finish so I could leave. He got upset and said "I'll take these off right now and just give you you're money back!" He looked over and noticed customer were watching so he kept finishing my nails but kept talking. Saying that he's been doing nails for 33 years and you a girl like me shouldn't talk to him like that and that he'll price match any place..... this place is not a welcome establishment!
