Thankfully they had availability during the busy season and were able to fit my sister and I in on a weeknight just a few days later. Overall I had a great first experience, my nail tech was experienced, knowledgeable and very meticulous in her work. I really liked that she did a horizontal cateye, giving it a french tip effect. The best part about my experience, is that it was so reasonably priced. I would definitely come back!

First of all they called to change appointment time which was not a big deal we went in early. Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. (my mom had a reaction to shellac on her fingers and was asking about doing just a gel top coat on her toes). After that the two employees were speaking to each other only and staring at me and it made me uncomfortable. The lady finished my mom's pedicure abruptly (no massage, the jets weren't on in the soaker foot tub, rushed treatment) and moved her to the drying table. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange. There was no music playing which is a small detail but when you've had awkwardness already the silence made it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't be back.

Confirmed with them through IG dms (which on their website says is how to book) and sent them a photo of the nail design I wanted and got a quote. I show up for my appointment at 10 am and she first tells me because I didn't confirm my design (which i did but also shouldn't matter) she didn't confirm my appointment and wouldn't take me, insinuating it was my fault. Then when I pulled out my phone and showed her I confirmed the appointment she then switched up and said it was her mistake but still wouldn't take me and told me to come back 5 HOURS LATER? Eventually I did decide to come back later because my birthday party is that night and I wanted my nails done. Mind you I sent the design I wanted 5 days earlier on IG, there is no one there who can do the design. The woman doing my nails did not know how to not only to the design but kept messing up my French tip too? They screwed me over with my appointment then couldn't tell me the design I wanted was not possible. I wasted hours, money, and gas. It's such a shame cause before their renovation into Dose this was the place I got my nails done for the first time as a teen. Will never go again will never recommend. What a fucking shame.
