I really want to like this theater because of the reclining seats, but it's so hard to look past the filth. It's always dirty. There's always popcorn all over the floor, the trash cans are always spilling over, the napkin and butter stations are always disgusting and the restrooms are worse. This movie theater needs new management ASAP. Wake up, Regal! You have potential here. In the meantime, I'll take my money and movie experience over to Fat Cats instead and enjoy their reclining seats and clean environment... read more

Understaffed on a Friday night. Not very busy but we spent a lot of time in line. Seats are nothing special, but not gross. I don't think they should be able to charge as much as other theaters with comfortable seats and adequate service. It should be like $7 or $8 for nights and 5-6 for matinee. Love the seating! It was not crowded and the seats were so comfortable! The food is typical movie theater food. It would have been nice if they offered more of a dinner option like some other theaters. During the off hours only one person is working the tickets and concessions together so service is slow and we almost missed our movie. It is nice that you can pick your seats in advance. read more

I liked the comfy, spacious redoing seats! The arms are huge witty a nice size cup holder. There is enough room between each row so that you don't have to scooch when someone wants to get by. You get to pick assigned seats when you purchase tickets. The attendance at the theatre seems very low but hey, it's like a little diamond in the rough! read more

I always buy before hand and get there 10 mins before movie starts and don't have to stress about the movie being sold out. And do not stress about sitting in the front row.. seats are just fine.. recline and enjoy. Always our first choice because of the awesome lounge seating. So comfortable (no getting schmushed next to a chain smoker with toenail fungus). If you go online and pay in advance, there's zero wait. It may be a dollar or two more than the competition, but you know you have a seat, where it is and it's easy. It may sound corny, but its' almost romantic because you can hold you wife's hand and not be in her seat to do it. Just love this placwe. read more

I, seriously, don't understand these good reviews. Yes, the reclining chairs are nice...but almost nothing else is. Everything looks and feels cheap and dirty. The place is very small and cramped-feeling. It's clear that the theater was recently remodeled (except the bathrooms), but all the cheapest/wrong choices made so that it felt like I was at a dollar theater that charged full price. I love the seats. They are so comfortable. The popcorn is good if it's fresh so watch out for that. The lobby can be a bit dirty if they are busy. The app does not work well on my phone. It is difficult to change the date. Overall, it is a great buy especially if you go to the first showing. read more

We saw the first showing of the day. There were bottles and candy wrappers in our seats that we had to clean before sitting down. The bathrooms were so dirty. There was a layer of dust in the waste bins in free stalls and clumps of hair and grime along the edge of the floor. Made me feel this place was going out of business. So dirty!! Poor Management that can't solve simple problems. We use MoviePass to buy are movie tickets. The MoviePass app had an issue so I paid for my ticket with my personal credit card. Five minutes later the MoviePass app worked so when I asked the manager for a refund on my personal credit she said that's fine but I would not be able to use my MoviePass credit card to purchase another ticket. She said MoviePass instructed them that if the MoviePass card declines once to not sale a ticket to that cardholder. I called MoviePass customer service and they said Regal was 100% wrong. I got my money back on my personal card and won't be back. Very disappointed in Regal!! read more

This is place is great because I hate crowds. Most movies I've seen here, I've been the only one in the theatre. It's a lot smaller than other theatres and the popcorn is really, really salty, but they have these new recliner seats that are exactly that- a recliner! Huge ass cup holders and you put your feet up and lean all the way back. It's amazing! I don't want to sit in another uncomfortable theatre seat. Never again. This is my new place!!!! read more

Awesome customer service and a nice, comfy theater where you can stretch out! My kids received a Fandango g/c and while attempting to purchase tix for them, the Fandango site kept timing out. I finally got the tix only to realize that somehow I ended up with tix to the wrong movie (rated R) that happened to be at the same theater and same time as the kid's movie. I contacted Fandango and they insisted on no refunds/exchanges. I went to the theater, explained the issue, and they happily exchanged the tix for the correct movie, no hassle and no questions asked. They were super friendly and helpful--complete opposite experience from Fandango's Customer Service. Not only that, but the theaters are nice and comfortable, and not crowded (due to the spacious recliner seating). Here, you don't have to worry about people kicking your seat from behind or your knees and legs cramping up because of lack of leg room in front of you (if you are tall like me). My husband and I came here last weekend to see The Theory of Everything (well done, but sad). The recliner seats were fantastic!! The reclining seats are nice with plenty of room to slip out of the aisle and head to the restroom if you just can't make it until the end of the movie. Popcorn tasted like it was from the day before - and since I went to a 4:30 p.m. movie on a Sunday, I assume that was not the case. The place didn't seem as clean as its competitor down the road. Don't get me wrong - it wasn't dirty. But it didn't have the same attention paid to keeping stuff picked up off the carpeted floor and other details like that as the larger competing theater. Great seats, not the best customer service. We stood in line at the concession stand to buy our tickets for over 5 minutes with out being acknowledged. There was only one other couple there buying concessions and one cashier, but several people in the room to the side who took their time to finally get up and help us, good thing we were 15 minutes early for the movie. I would understand if it had been a busy time, but again, there was only one other couple in the lobby. read more

Recliners were really nice and lots of space, with no elbow bumping or toes getting stepped on. My only complaint is that you have to pay for the seasoning on your popcorn, and you get the entire bottle of seasoning when you pay. The theater is hidden though, so it is never crowded, except for big movie launches. read more

My favorite movie theater of all time! They remodeled awhile back so there are big spacious comfy reclining chairs. No sharing arm rests. Drink holder on both sides. Assigned seats when you buy your tickets. I have my favorite seats that are my go to seats. I feel like it's a secret gem because it's never overly crowded. Everyone there are friendly. Regal also has a reward card to earn points towards free tickets, popcorn, drinks and other stuff like movie posters. Highly recommend it. read more

The reclining seats are great, and it's not super crowded... but this place is DIRTY. Not sure if they are understaffed but there is dust, trash on carpet in the walkways outside the auditoriums, and the women's bathroom floors are disgusting. I don't even want to think what the men's look like. Their mobile ticket system is great so hopefully they hire someone to clean because this place could be really great. read more

I frequent this theater as it is close to my house, quiet, and the seats are amazing. I consider this theater to be a hidden gem as it is tucked away in the back of the shopping center. Today I experienced my first issue getting some points added to my regal crown club card. I don't usually fill out survey's, but because I was upset at the lack of customer service and I had time I took the survey. To my pleasant surprise I had an apology email and points added to my card before my movie had finished. (I did not check my email until after the movie) Thank you Troy for your prompt response to my complaint, and the extra points. Customer service goes a long way, and I will be happy to continue recommending your theater to my friends. read more

I love this place!! I am not a fan of crowded movies and having to get there an hour early to get a seat, so it is worth every single penny to be able to go online and order my tickets. I get to pick the seats I want and once I get to the theatre I just flash my ticket on my iPhone. As an Arizona native I was very loyal to the hometown theatre chain, but now that I've found this theatre I'll never go back! read more

First time at this theater and a great experience! We purchased our tickets ahead of time via a special promotion through Atom tickets and failed to read the reviews before. I was a little worried but remained positive based on other reviews. We arrived early which was great because we had the full attention of the ticket checker and concession attendant. Scanning our QR code was easy and the staff was extremely friendly. They explained where we can save money for future visits and signed us up for their regal membership club. They also offered us the drink and popcorn special which we took. I then commended them for their top notch customer service and brought up what I had read with previous reviews. We were informed "those" attendants no longer work there. Our seats were comfy, no viewing issues at all, restrooms were very clean, and we even got free refills due to the special promotion. I left a star off because the movie playing next to ours was very loud and you could hear it throughout our movie. Made it a little annoying as it sometimes was unclear if those bangs and thunders were background of our movie....a very different show. Overall, we plan to go back and make our regular theater. read more
