the policy on weekly bus tickets in Essex /Basildon stinks....bought adult and child weekly tickets…read morethis morning to find they had no wallets for the tickets I was fine with that ..but on my return on same bus different driver I ask for a wallet (as I saw a stack of them in his bus cab0..he said no I cant have one because he didn't issue me the ticket,,i told him I rang up in the past to complain and he says I was wrong and that his manager says don't had them out every morning????? £32.00 it cost me a week and they cant even part with a wallet anyone would think they paid for them out of there wages. I wish there was another bus company running this route cus I would boycott this non friendly company....
