I run a very busy food production company. Lynelle and her team were referred to me sometime ago, and I am so happy to write this review for her company.
Just to give you an idea of my recent project. 11:00PM Wednesday night, I text Lynelle, hoping she can jump on the phone, as my Sales manager has decided that we are going to launch a a big promo the following week, that marketing just found out about. Lynelle calls me within 15 minutes. She is always pleasant, happy, and has a can do attitude. Doing business with yes people are my favorite type of transactions. I never feel like I am a burden, although, I am aware that sometimes, some of my requests are off the wall, She will always take a nab at it.
We needed 40,000 info packs printed, shrink wrapped, and distributed accordingly between our sales team (140 locations). Everything had to be in hands Tuesday, and the promo was launching the following Wednesday.
Now to throw a wrench in it all, my designer was on vacation.
Lynelle got off the phone with me, and by 8AM the next morning she had 3 designers who had reviewed my companies brand standards on call, willing to work with a tight deadline. I told her what I wanted, and she did all the back and forth with the designer. Which was wonderful, I just reviewed final proofs, and gave final changes. The nice thing about working with Lynelle, especially for me, she has a bunch of experience in the food industry, we are a ready to drink smoothie company, and its awesome to know someone who can push around a supplement fact label, and knows a bit about FDA regulations. She has helped me numerous times, and even referred me to experts outside of my bubble. Its nice when your printer is more than just your printer.
By EOD Thursday I had approved art, and she went to print. Friday I gave her my distribution break downs, and with a reasonable rush charge ( I was asking her to make the impossible happen, in 1 business day) She had Everything dropped shipped from a facility close by, and you wouldn't believe it, my reps had their promo info packs by Tuesday. She has made me and my team look good so many times. Put it this way, I tried recruiting Lynelle, to work for me direct. She declined, but she is one of my biggest assets, to my marketing team, I can always depend on her to come through. She owns these projects. once you pass her the torch, you can rest easy. The quality of her printing, is hands down the best Ive seen across all avenues. digital, offset, and litho.
When I have had a problem with bad printing, without question, she handles it, and I have reprinted items in my hands, quickly without headache.
I highly recommend her company, if you want things done right, and if you want to have fun in marketing with print. She is your girl! When only the best will do! read more
