She's so kind, thorough, and always makes me feel so seen and heard. Every time I leave I feel SO much better than when I came in. I've recently had a flareup in my back and have been in quite a bit of pain and have had a lot of tension throughout my entire back, likely caused from having a desk job combined with my poor posture. Dr. Canada was on vacation when I tried to schedule an appointment, but Dr. Daly was available and was able to squeeze me in for the first time last week. After my adjustment, my pain was gone instantly, although it started to creep back over the next few days. We scheduled another adjustment this week and she also gave me stretches to do between appointments with the goal of stretching and strengthening my back and muscles. By the time I got to my appointment today, I my back was feeling some pain again and was ready for another adjustment, although the pain wasn't as bad as when I first came in last week. I'm so grateful to have a space to come to when I'm experiencing pain, feel seen and heard, and get the adjustments and care that I need between appointments. The staff here has always been so kind. Thank you all for all that you do!

Suzanne Cronin is the BEST chiropractor in the world! She solved what multiple chiropractor and…read moredoctor visits and multiple, unnecessary, ineffective prescriptions could not. I was one of her earliest patients, and a reluctant one--I even left a voicemail saying I don't believe in chiropractors but I'm coming in anyway , because I was at wit's end. After being in pain for over 6 months, I left after the first visit with 60% less pain. The second visit dropped it even more, and shortly after that I was pain free. Now I live in LA, but I still visit Dr. Cronin every time I'm in town. I wish I could clone her.

I have been warned my whole life never to see a chiropractor who doesn't start with an X-ray. Now I…read moreknow why. When I filled out the intake form and it asked why I was seeking chiropractic care I didn't actually know what to say. I had just had a baby, and we bought the family discount pack, so it seemed like a good thing to do. But other than an old shoulder injury I didn't really have any issues. The adjustment from Suzeanne felt violent. I've never experienced an adjustment like that before from the handful of other chiropractors I have seen. And afterwards I was so dizzy that I couldn't drive home for almost an hour. She said it was increased blood flow to my brain after unblocking a restriction (makes sense). But afterwards I had a headache for a week and a half, and this weird catch in my neck that would only resolve if I let my head hang down for a while. My follow-up wasn't for two weeks because we were out of town, and I almost didn't go because of my previous experience. But she came so highly recommended, and I liked her so much personally, that I thought it was worth another try. I at least wanted to discuss my experience with her. The second adjustment wasn't anywhere near as violent, but the headache came back, and I can no longer resolve the catch by hanging my head. Now it's just constant pain. Hopefully this pain will go away at some point. It's been less than a week after the second visit and it took a massage to resolve it the last time (although the massage did not resolve the catch). But what I am mad at myself about is that I took my baby to see her a half dozen times before seeing her myself. Every single time my poor baby was super fussy for the rest of the day or even a couple of days. Suzeanne kept saying "that's not necessarily a bad thing," and I know that's true. But it wasn't a good thing!! Also we noticed no improvements in her reflux or suck. The idea that I might have let her hurt my baby the way that I got hurt is really tough to take. Again, I really liked Suzeanne a lot personally. But at the end of the day, I am in quite a bit of pain now when I wasn't in any before. Shame on me for messing with what wasn't broken I guess.

Significantly more expensive than other options in the area…read more For a new patient consult, I paid ~$300 at Aspen for x-rays and a consultation, *zero* treatment - vs. a different chiro nearby, I paid $47 and got an adjustment, neck decompression and x-rays. Aspen didn't even x-ray my whole back and this other place did. Ongoing, Aspen would be $215 for decompression + adjustment -- the other place is $100. Totally nuts, what a ripoff, wish I could get a refund. This review isn't about their skills or customer care, fwiw; they were perfectly nice and seem to know what they're doing. But the price difference is wild. If money is a factor for you, especially if you need ongoing treatment, I strongly recommend shopping around!

Which is the process of reactivating muscle groups in your body that are not firing we're working as they should. I always feared going to a chiropractor but if I was going to visit one I wanted to help me relieve this pain with advanced methods/treatment. Travis walked me through each step including having a digital display showing me exactly all of the pressure points and locations of my body that were not currently working properly. He took the time and care to let me know exactly what he was doing and what each process is for as I wanted to be prepared mentally for each step of the process.
