The banana is the natural sweetener and without that it was wee bit bitter but I dint mind it, I can handle that much ....and am allergic to banana (tastewise not health wise.. :)) I did notice their sandwiches and wraps had limited to almost nil vegetarian options. Do they customize- I didn't check. But they do have the acai bowls , and side salads kind of to make up for it.
