First I want to make clear the Dentist does a very good job and is very polite as are the assistants. Second- my problem was with billing. The office manager greeted me politely after I went back to get my Dental work finished, so far they have done an excellent job on my dental work. I'm waiting to see if I get a refund for what my insurance says that I have to date over paid $649.30. The office manager-Amy, said that after billing that she will split the difference with me on the bill...that would be appreciated if I owed them anything but I don't, they owe me. I will update this on what happens.

This was due to depression and at one time homelessness that led me to be very embarrassed but they never once shamed me. I couldn't afford to get crowns so they did beautiful work and completely reconstructed one molar tooth out of enamel, and one of my front teeth is also basically fully remade as-well. I've had no issues with them at all. All 6 top front teeth had major work done to them in some way when I should've gotten caps they reconstructed it all. I've had no issues, their work is beautiful. I don't have any pictures of my teeth until this last session as I was always super embarrassed by them. Now they don't look perfect because I have some work to do on my part to fix what's still there that can be repaired by me doing my part each day. The timing to get into my appointments was very fast, sometimes I barely had time to sit down. They will listen to you if you say you have pain. And they're all amazing women and men, I will continue to come here.

Parents beware…read more We've had 3 visits to the office and only 1 has been good. This last visit the dental hygienist belittled my child by saying she was acting like she was in PreK and not K because she was scared to try the sucker. They have twice now insulted me as a parent for acknowledging my kids fears. I have a child on the spectrum who has a huge fear of the dentist (thanks to a different dentist) and these fears have trickled down to my neurotypical child, and I have a lot of knowledge of psychology and special needs. The way to alleviate fears is #1) acknowledging the emotion #2) gentle encouragement to face these fears. Exposure therapy comes in steps. You have a fear of spiders you don't throw a spider in someone's lap. You start with pictures and pretending your hand is a spider. Then you see spiders from a distance behind glass. Slowly you get closer until you eventually touch one and then hold one. It's a slow steady process. This place instead of being a dental office pretends to know something about psychology (they do not) and tells you that you as a parent are making the kids scared. Then when your child is crying, they try to push and manipulate them to do what you want rather than try to help the kid past the fear. Even though our first experience was the opposite (Becky was the first dental hygienist we saw and she was FANTASTIC) I will never again go back to this place and I really hope other parents don't either.

Went here because I had a tooth that broke and was in a lot of pain. My dentist couldn't pull it…read moreand would have to refer me to a specialist (I called ahead and asked about how it would work since I haven't been back in almost a year) which would have taken a couple weeks to get into so I thought I'd go here. I was told they'd have to pull the broken tooth (which I knew there was no saving) but then mentioned the tooth next to it would need a root canal as well because of an infection. My insurance wasn't accepted so I would have to pay out of pocket and I couldn't afford a root canal on top of a tooth extraction. So I asked if I just got the original tooth pulled, and took some antibiotics, if that would help. The dentist basically scoffed and said no it wouldn't and the only option was the root canal. I was already irritated at this point so I told him just to pull both teeth. He argued with me trying really hard to let him do the root canal because he didn't want to pull the other tooth (which I get, because dentists anyways want to try to save what they can). Eventually he agreed, but they wanted about $1000 to pull both teeth (and they weren't even going to sedate me. That was just the cost of the numbing shots and the tooth extractions). So I left because I wasn't paying that. I went to my dentist same week so I could get the referral. They did their own x rays and had me set up the appointment with the specialist. I asked them about the other tooth and was told there was nothing wrong with it. I was given antibiotics which took care of the infection, had the broken tooth removed and the other tooth is still in great condition. So I'm pretty sure I almost let the dentist at this place remove a perfectly good tooth just because they wanted more money out of me. Will not be going back. I gave it 2 stars only because the dental hygienist was actually really nice.

I paid $165 (no insurance) and Dentist basically said, "I do the surgery, or I do nothing". I have an infection in gum/tooth and in pain but would not give me antibiotics until I could another dentist. I waited 3 1/2 - 4 hours to be seen even with an appointment. This place sucks - stay away. I opted for them not to do surgery because I didn't trust any of them. I would have been better off paying $39 for a virtual appointment where they would have at least prescribed antibiotics to fight infection.
