After calling the insurance company to find out what wasn't covered, I found out that the insurance company hadn't paid for several months, claiming that they didn't receive any claims for those months. The office reversed the withdrawl and was willing to apologize for not informing us of the communication (or lack of) between them and the insurance company. Dr. Barnett and his staff are wonderful and we have loved our treatment there. It was unfortunate to have this unexpected hassle today, but it was resolved to our satisfaction.
