So by the time I got to John White's office he's been the fifth orthodontist that I've had interactions with.. John White by far is the best orthodontist I've seen over the last 10 years and the most reasonably priced. He took a lot of time asking my son what the outcome was that he would like with his mouth. He gave different suggestions and recommended what was most typical. I love that. He had options and spoke directly to my son. He spent quite a bit of time with us more than any of the others . I'm also lucky enough that he's very centrally located. The parking is easy. Access to his facility is handicap accessible. However, the front door is not automatic so you would need to knock on the front door where the receptionist could see you waiting. I then was in braces for 6 years, every 4 weeks for 6 years I was in there. Watching him belittle and disrespect the women that worked with him. He has no respect for women. I remember a time another kid was there who had been medically complex and needed some more patience and a bit more time, he was impatient and disrespectful to her and kept getting frustrated when she needed breaks. Looking back and having a better grasp of what happens there were many times he got more aggressive in moving your mouth around then needed, probably because you can't understand what he's saying because his accent is so thick yet he doesn't give patience for understanding. He would also press your face into his stomach when he would have you turn your face . My siblings and I all got permanent retainers from him although it wasn't highly recommended by him (probably because then people can't come back when their teeth get all crooked and need braces again). A few years later I ate caramel and my bottom permanent retainer moved, I felt it! I went back to get it checked and he said it was good! Went to my dentist 6 month and they said it was barely staying on and it had come off all except 2 spots and wasn't doing anything. Overall he is disrespectful and disgusting, do not go here!

Today I call Metlife Dental..they said they have not received a pre-estimate treatment plan, and unable to tell me cost of the two dental procedures I wanted to have done. Dental Works, again..did not keep their word, submit the paperwork. I really was hoping to get dental work started. I was told that it would be submitted. Sometimes, Dental Works give you estimates..and later find that it is not covered. I was going to call them and ask why wasn't pre-treatment estimate sent out, but, I will leave it alone. I like to give the benefit of the doubt, and stick with them..this IS THE SECOND Time, whoever submits claims..failed to keep their word..AGAIN. Please don't say you will do something, and don't keep your word. I feel its definitely time to fine another dentist.
