Ended up taking my grandmother to Jennifer Jerome on brown street. Amazing place. Coincidentally, they tried to get my grandmother's records from 2K dental and they would not release them. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. The reason I scheduled an appt for…read moremy both my daughters and myself was for a cleaning, my daughters are 20, so they went to the appointment by themselves, and to my surprise they never received a cleaning or even scheduled for a cleaning. They were scheduled for additional procedures that they didn't really need, so I stepped in and tried to get them a cleaning, they no longer have a dental hygienist at that office or any office near Akron. So the girls never received a cleaning. I was told by Dr. Jordan that I could not receive a normal cleaning and needed a more in depth scraping and under the gum cleaning, there was an error when obtaining the eligibility from my insurance, so DentalWorks completed the cleaning that I was not eligible for, but they told me I was. I now have a huge bill for a procedure I didn't even want, I was told I didn't have a choice but to have this type of cleaning. They told me that I was responsible for the appeal. So I have been appealing this claim with the insurance. Never in my life have I the patient been the one that has to appeal the claim. So Frustrating! I will never go back to another DentalWorks again and will advise all my friends and family to stay clear from that place!

Fast forward 2 months later: Yesterday I had twenty something teeth extracted, reshaping of the bones above the gums and multiple stitches. unfortunately I was awake for the entire procedure. but ya know what? I hardly felt any pain! This staff is AMAZING! From Nikki and the ladies manning the front lines to Dr Jordon and Molly having to put up with my constant stupid questions and lame attempts at comedy while having to stay focused on the task at hand, five stars is an insult! From the first day I walked in, until the day of my procedure was less then 2 months! And dont get me started on the cost! I just really love the people in this office, and Dr. Kline is a wonderful dentist! I had a…read morefractured molar, and he said I could have it looked at by an associate who could better tell if I needed a root canal by using a huge microscope. Thankfully I did not need a root canal and saved a bundle of money. Then Dr. Kline put a crown on my back molar and also sanded down the upper tooth so my bite was right. Dr. Kline is down to earth, very approachable, and is outstanding in discussing what is needed, and what may not be needed in dental treatment. He is outstanding in being sensitive to whether the patient feels any pain. He is very, very careful and pays attention to the patient, in order that the patient is not experiencing pain and when he worked on me, he pulled away when he could tell I began wincing and one time during the procedure he asked me if I wanted to "be numbed", or if I was going to be okay; things like this. He also is very good at understanding what you say when your mouth is full of dentist tools. I just really felt this is such a special, caring place. I have recommended this dentist to people, already.
