Our job was a kitchen and bathroom remodel and morphed into a little more. As we expanded the job, the work was never beyond their ability - the quality of the work was never compromised and there was never an issue of asking of too much. Many time contractors flee the moment they can because the job has been completed but Sean and Tim made sure we were satisfied and if not they corrected at their cost These guys hustle, show up and follow thru - that is the way busy is conducted in my mind. Furthermore their work and ideas are exceptional. I highly recommend

He is extremely slow which works to his advantage at $90/hour, showing up when its convenient for him because he never gives you an exact time. Took him a week to do a 2 day job. He charged us an unexpected $1400+ for texturizing the garage ceiling and painting the garage, without clearly outlining all that he was doing, his outrageous rate or a complete estimate for the job. What a joke. After finally agreeing to a reasonable price he promised to drop off a check the next day. Instead he showed up two days later with a check for half of what he promised. When I texted to ask why he had gone back on our agreement he told me to "lose his number." This is my experience, but you have been warned.

The agreed price seemed fair and I was excited to finally get the handles added to my cabinets. He arrived and quickly got set up to get the handles installed. It only took a few hours and he had gotten them on all of the cabinets. He had made a template to help ensure they were installed correctly. He did make one mistake during installation and drilled the wrong side of one of the cabinet doors. He filled the holes and I have since had it painted over. Despite using the template the handles are not even as you look at them. Several are off slightly and hard for most to see but there is a few of them that are off and they easily stand out. I wasn't impressed with the work and would not go back for any additional items.

Absolutely DO NOT USE this company. I'm currently looking into legal options to get my money back…read morefrom Andrew. Here's the story: Met with Andrew twice in early November to walk him through a number of things I was looking to get done to an old house I purchased. Moving water/drains, hot water heater, gas, etc. Andrew seemed like a great guy at the time, down to earth, confident he could get all the work done in a timely manner. I've never misread someone so badly. I sent Andrew half the total cost of the project on November 13th for materials and to get started on the work, with the rest to be paid upon completion of the work. He said he'd be getting started that weekend on the project. Instead, it turned out to be one excuse after another about why he never showed up when promised to do the work. He became increasingly difficult to get a hold of. He stopped answering my phone calls, always promised via text to call me back later, and never did. This continued for two months until early January. In order to get a hold of him, I had to call from google voice numbers he didn't have. On Friday, January 10th, I finally got a hold of someone (I believe his wife) and told them I did NOT want him performing any work and asked for my money back. I was told he would return the materials the following Monday (Jan 13th) and would get a refund a few days later. That turned into "no later than Wednesday (Jan 22nd)". It's now Jan 31st, I still don't have the money returned to me, hence the legal action against Andrew. To sum it all up, Andrew repeatedly lied to me about starting work, calling me back, his plumbing license (it's expired), pulling permits for the job, sending me any kind of documentation, and now he's literally stolen my money. Do business with this man at your own risk.

I spoke with Yvette, who was really kind, and helpful. She collected my info and said Holly (the owner) would give me a call back to schedule the estimate. Holly called me back same day and the estimate was scheduled for the next day. The gentleman who came for the estimate arrived on time and was extremely professional. He clearly understood what needed to be done for each project we needed. Being the fairly new owners of the home, I wasn't sure if the previous owners had left some paint behind, so I requested the estimate include the cost if we had the paint, as well as the cost if they needed to provide the paint. He said I'd have an invoice by end of day. Nine days later I still hadn't received an invoice, and because I'd initially been impressed by the company, I called to follow up. Holly apologized and said she'd send it over immediately, and she did. However, the invoice was missing almost half the projects we'd discussed and only included the cost if we provided paint. I contacted her back pointing out the missing items, and received another estimate. The second estimate still had missing items. After a couple of emails and five updated estimates later the info still wasn't correct. We received five estimates from five different companies for our job and it was coming down to Mr Fixit Fast and another company. We ultimately went with the other company, even though they charged $600 more. I really wanted it to work with Mr Fixit Fast, and maybe another time we'll give them a call and try again, but for this project we didn't believe the work we needed done would actually get done because the estimates kept leaving them off and the costs kept changing.
