4 hrs for mani pedis. Staff was super nice but the adults gel was a backwards process and only lasted 3 days before chipping began. Kids nails were cute. The chairs were NOT comfortable at all and the bucket you put your feet in was less than desirable. O would not recommend. read more

Never get acrylic nails!! First, they are so nice and friendly but they didn't know how to do acrylic nails. My nails are so thick with the acrylic that you can see how bumpy they are looking straight on to it. And she put so many coats of polish on, that even after "drying" and I left the salon it gave a wrinkle in three of my nails. To top it off she didn't even cut the tips straight. Ok I loved the lady who did my nails but she did a horrible job. She didn't shape them at all. It was the wring color and it took like over two hours for the most simple design. My nails are lumpy and I had to try to shape them after I left the salon. I found this place friendly, inviting and a warm experience. I was in town for Thanksgiving and my sister in law brought me here, and I'm glad she did. Penny cut my hair, she was funny and talented, with no attitude. I paid under $16.50 for a men's cut when I typically pay around the $50 price tag. I can't comment about color as I don't get my hair colored but my experience was a great one and I would definately go back! read more

so i go in wanting a full set of acrylics, with coffin shape, nothing to intense. not only did she not even clip my cuticles, she completely screwed up my nails. filed them way too much to where it was making my fingers bleed a little. on top of that, your nail techs need to work on their shapes. as u can see in the photos these are NOT coffin shape or even close. very wonky and the polish is covering my cuticles which should not be happening especially with gel. altogether just a mess i don't even want to go back to get them fixed. not worth it at all. very unprofessional place. used to be better years ago. as you can see in the photos as well, my cuticles look awful and the polish and shaping job is awful. read more

First of all every time I've gotten acrylics here they fall off so quick when i never have that issue anywhere else. They are pricey. Also two days ago I my ears pierced here and the girl literally pierced it say below the marked spot then took the earring out and repierced it because who wants uneven holes. I asked for Medium brown hair with gold highlights (no red), and the hairdresser brought out a sample...looked good. After she colored and shampooed my hair she brought me to her station and when I looked in the mirror my hair was red! I said my hair was red and she started talking about high and low lights, then said when she blew it dry I would see the gold highlights, that the red would go away. Guess what, it was still red after she blew it. I said three times that it was red and she looked me in the eye and said it wasn't. She started talking about how beautiful the color was and how she wanted color like that. She told me to go home and if it wasn't better in 2 days, to call and make another appointment. I was sent a text by the salon asking about my service. I responded that I wasn't happy that my hair is red and sent a picture. The owner called and texted me several times trying to get me back in so they could fix it. The hairdresser also texted me and said it would be a quick fix. Why on earth didn't she just acknowledge that my hair was red when I was in her chair and fix it then? I live a half hour away and couldn't easily come back, I was also headed out of town and couldn't go back in for a fix, so I asked the owner for a partial refund (just for the color), I will say the cut was very good, thus the one star. The owner kept trying to get me to come back in after I return which is in 2 weeks. I told her I wouldn't return to the salon, and she needed to do the right thing and refund my money. I knew I would need to get it fixed on my trip, which would cost me more, so any amount of refund would help with that cost. You would think the owner of a salon where her employee screwed up would offer to reimburse the cost of the treatment, but after a week and a half I haven't received a refund or heard a word back. I live in the area and I won't go back. I will never recommend this place, and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear. From the other reviews I've read, it looks like this is a fairly common occurrence at this salon. I should have read YELP before I booked here. read more

I came in to get my nails done with my friend and it started out fine, the staff was nice when they greeted us and sat us down quickly. Unfortunately my nail technician thought I was getting a simple manicure instead of acrylics, like I'd asked, and didn't even give me a chance to pick a gel color in the least, I went with it because my friend was going to pay for it so I figured I'd get something cheap. I picked a color and sat down and all she does is file my nail into shape and then starts applying polish. I asked if she was going to remove my cuticles and buff my nails and she said she didn't need to because I was fine. I walked out of there with a horrible manicure. I was happy with this salon until they falsely accused me of stealing product, then not only didn't apologize after the police searched my car, but the owner acted like I should be grateful no charges were pressed. When I originally had my hair done they asked for my permission to take a picture to use on Facebook to promote their salon. I consented, but then after I was treated so poorly, I sent a message asking them to remove my photo because I don't feel good about them using me to promote their salon. That was almost a week ago, and it still hasn't been removed. It's a shame that not only was I falsely accused, but also publicly humiliated, and treated so poorly when I spoke to the owner afterward. We've come here a few times. I too agree that it is a little pricey. But angie may and kristy are phenominal I will always come back for them. One of the other girls that have been there longer did my husband. Just a basic buzz all around and she cut my husbands neck. My sister has been a loyal client of a hair stylist that became increasingly unable to color her hair satisfactorily. I helped her research other salons in Rexburg and she gave Reflections a try. She was pleased with the results and they posted her hair on Facebook to help promote their work. She went back a few days later to have her bangs fixed and to buy some product. After she bought some shampoo and conditioner, THE POLICE CAME IN and she was accused of stealing. We are talking about a suspicion of $10 worth of product here. The police questioned her husband, who was waiting out in the car with their 3 little kids and even searched her car. Of course, they found nothing. Who is willing to lose a client over $10? The fact that this salon did NOTHING to rectify the situation, the fact my sister was publicly humiliated, over a $10 suspicion is beyond my comprehension. Bad judgement, poorly handled, completely unresolved. These are the types of girls who work in this place. She is too nice to publicly slander this salon, so I'll work happily on her behalf. She is a special needs school teacher, a Relief Society teacher, a HIGHLY MORAL AND UPSTANDING person and is completely undeserving of drama like this. Went there to get a stylish silver dye job, ended up paying over $150 for what looks like bad stripe highlights on my mothers graying hair. Not even close to what I asked for. My hair is also now 2 inches shorter for some reason, and im pretty sure the lady pulled out like half of my hair with her aggressive combing. Then when I called they said they gave no refunds, quoting a plaque on the wall. I read that thing, and nowhere did it say I couldn't get my money back if the "guarenteed" service didn't go the way they said it would. When I called them they tried to do damage control, offering to fix it, even when I said I didn't want them touching my hair again. I honestly think I could've done a better job myself. I'm still in the process of negotiating proper compensation for this disaster, but I'd rate 0/10 would not recommend. Ever. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I went in today, ONE WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING, and asked for ombré highlights in my hair. They sent me home with a blonde ring around my head and random orange for the rest. When I went back wanting them to fix it, I had to argue with the manager about dying it back to my natural color only for them to dye it BLUE in the end. THEY GAVE ME BLUE HAIR FOR MY WEDDING! They then go and blame it on my hair. Seven hours later and my hair is darker then what I originally came in and damaged from all their chemicals, and no refund.
