They do brows and eyelashes, color matching for bare minerals makeup, nail salon area, offer free coffee,hot chocolate, soda or water while waiting. Always willing to help out in any way. My mom went there regularly for her perms when I was a little girl and took me for cuts, I got away from going for a while because it is more expensive than your walk in type place, but it's more than worth it. I've been coming back regularly now for a couple of years and I'm never, ever dissatisfied! Shannon Frame is the best of the best! I'm so, so happy I've come back and I'll never leave again! I love everything about Reflections and I love everything Shannon had ever done with my hair. I've given her free reign since I came back and she never disappoint. Up-to-date, trendy, and dedicated workers are just a few words I would use to describe Reflections. I've been going to the salon for over three years and I have never left the salon feeling dissatisfied (and I'm in there at least 4 times a month). At the salon, I mainly make my appointments to see Katie Parrish (hair stylist) and Tammy Shoemaker (nail tech), because of their work but also because of how they make me feel while I'm there--BEAUTIFUL! And what woman doesn't want to feel beautiful? While I'm there I get the attention that I need and I truly feel like the stylists go out of their way to prove that I matter. On a side note, everyone is super friendly and are up-to-date on hair trends and styles. I know for a fact that my hair stylist is constantly attending seminars and trainings on new hair fashions and styles. I've been going to Reflections for over 15 years. Probably more like 20. I literally grew up coming here, and have known some of the amazing stylists that long. When I lived in Chicago (for 5 years) I continued to go to Reflections, always making an appointment when I came home to visit my family. And I always got compliments on the color, and would have to say - sorry, my stylist (Katie Parrish) is in Ohio. I now live in Columbus and still get compliments all the time. Reflections is by far the best salon in the surrounding area. The stylists are all super friendly, and stay current with all of the newest hair trends. I remember the first time I walked into this incredible salon. I was greeted with the kindest services and was instantly welcomed into this professional and family environment. I have honestly have never been more impressed with the haircuts I get at Reflections Hair Design. The stylists at Reflections are so easy to talk and they are very talented. All the stylists are very well trained, I know because my haircuts are usually very difficult to achieve, but somehow they always can replicate the picture I show them for my desired haircut. Reflections is definitely one of the best salons around here. I have been going there for about 25 years now, my grandmother started taking me there as a child and she still goes there to get her perms every 6 weeks and swears nobody does them better than Jill! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Jill is the only person I trust with mine and my kids hair! They have toys and coloring books for the kids as well. Susayn is so talented. She always listens to what I want, but is very creative. My hair always looks better than I could have thought and friends ask me where I go.
