Hello bitches, I have came to review this nail salon so be lucky your in my presence. Everything…read morewas good the only thing that was wrong was that fact that her nail filling was rough and she did horrible on my thumb. My nails are so thick I could probably use them as a cutting board at this point. She was nice or whatever but I can't really say much about her work because last time I tried to do my nails I ended up in the psych ward because I started to eat the nail polish.. anyways. Besides that they were speaking there Vietnamese or whatever and giggling, acting like I don't know how to speak it! They were talking shit about my haircut the whole time! I'm so disappointed also here's a picture of my haircut, piece out sugar plums.

One of the things I like best about the Salon is how clean it is. (Huge bonus after the last place I went to....the ladies were nice enough... but a little too disappointed after my LAST visit). I will say though, although a little pricey, it's worth every penny! Thank You to Shannon, I love the way my hair turned out and with thanks to Alise, love my nails too. This is a full service salon so I'm looking forward to going back to get a massage/facial and my brows done. Everyone there that I've met so far are super friendly and welcoming....(Lisa, Nate, & Taylor). Thank You, Reflections, Looking forward to my next visit!

Long was working with a customer and stopped to greet us to ask us what we were there for. Explained there would be a wait. Picked our colors, we were in and out within an hour. Would definitely come again when in Ohio if needed my nails done.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is by far the WORST manicure experience of my…read morelife. I have had my nails done at least a half salons of varying quality and this was HORRIFIC, especially for the price. Note about the price: My mom got charged $28 for this and I got charged $38 and we had the exact same service?? They also made us pay and tip before they did the polish. To start, I had gorgeous, long natural nails and they are absolutely trashed now. She cut my nails with these crusty old toe nail clippers that barely worked, did two swipes with a nail file that looks 3 years old and cut my skin, and called that "shaping". She left me with a HANG NAIL and multiple other rough, sharp edges. I tried to "trust the process", but then she then proceeded to slap on the polish which is obviously clumpy and applied it so unevenly that it looks like a four year old did it, except I am entirely confident my four old nieces could do a much better job. I asked her to fix two of the especially bad nails and she refused saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and that was a waste of time?? (Btw-- we walked in and they were watching a movie from the pedicure chairs, so it's not like they were busy). It was so bad I gave up and used a nail file from my purse as soon as I walked out to try to smooth off the jagged ends. I was about ready to cry because this was such a horrific experience, and I was visiting family I hadn't seen in 2 years and won't see for another 2 years (I'm going over seas). Keep in mind with the photos-- these are AFTER I got rid of the hang nails and rough edges. I could do anything else until I fixed them just enough. My mom had an almost an identical experience with a different tech. Fortunately for her, her nails are so short that there was hardly anything for them to mess up beyond a spectacularly shitty paint job. I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE EVER. NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. Again-- children can do a better job and you are in for a janky and unprofessional experience. My normal nail tech is going to be HORRIFIED when I see her in a few days. I couldn't get in to see her before I left which is how we ended up in this situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY especially on techs that were so obviously rude and uncaring (and were clearly NOT trying their best).

A sister and I went to Buckeye's while I was visiting Mansfield this past weekend. I was surprised…read moreby how much they charge for pedicures. I live in Washington and a basic pedicure is $40 at the most but Buckeye's charged $50. (This is what I get for not inquiring about the price before we went in). The technician, who was African American, that did my sister's pedicure, apparently felt it was okay to make distasteful jokes because we are African American as well, however, I found her conversation rude, reckless and disrespectful as she made jokes about my sister's feet, criticized my sister's choice of nail polish selection, complained about the fact that more customers were arriving as she was ready to go home and played raunchy music on her cell phone without earbuds. I really wanted to tell her that she ran her mouth too much didn't want to cause a scene. Before we left she informed me that the man who did my pedicure complained about my not providing a tip. I don't tip for overpriced subpar service and she had talked herself out of a tip. I have this tip for them...Get rid of unprofessional unethical employees.

Not even remotely close to the picture she showed, that she wanted hers to look like. Not even close to PURPLE! She also had dye ALL OVER her face and neck. Stylist refused to clean it up off of her. Told her to wipe off herself when she got home with rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer she looked like she had been beaten up. Absolutely ridiculous, appalling and not acceptable. Price was $20 more than quoted, and when asked if it could be made actually purple was told it would be $50 more. Um NO! She came to my house crying, bawling. No one should have to cry after getting hair done. We went to target, picked up some over the counter dark brown dye and I put it on over the "salon work". I'm not a hairdresser. I'm in school for nursing. So it's pretty sad that I can do a better job than someone who has supposedly been trained in hair. I also wiped the dye off her skin as soon as I was done applying it, you know; so it didn't have time to set, on her SKIN. I will make certain to tell everyone I know and come across to avoid this place like the plague.
