My bestie and I went to JJ's nails as walk ins today to get an acrylic fill. They took their time shaping and filling my nails. They also did a wonderful job on the design of my valentines nails. 10/10 would recommend. Make sure to ask what the price is for designs. I believe mine came out to $42 for the gel polish fill and $3 per nail with a design. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is by far the WORST manicure experience of my life. I have had my nails done at least a half salons of varying quality and this was HORRIFIC, especially for the price. Note about the price: My mom got charged $28 for this and I got charged $38 and we had the exact same service?? They also made us pay and tip before they did the polish. To start, I had gorgeous, long natural nails and they are absolutely trashed now. She cut my nails with these crusty old toe nail clippers that barely worked, did two swipes with a nail file that looks 3 years old and cut my skin, and called that "shaping". She left me with a HANG NAIL and multiple other rough, sharp edges. I tried to "trust the process", but then she then proceeded to slap on the polish which is obviously clumpy and applied it so unevenly that it looks like a four year old did it, except I am entirely confident my four old nieces could do a much better job. I asked her to fix two of the especially bad nails and she refused saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and that was a waste of time?? (Btw-- we walked in and they were watching a movie from the pedicure chairs, so it's not like they were busy). It was so bad I gave up and used a nail file from my purse as soon as I walked out to try to smooth off the jagged ends. I was about ready to cry because this was such a horrific experience, and I was visiting family I hadn't seen in 2 years and won't see for another 2 years (I'm going over seas). Keep in mind with the photos-- these are AFTER I got rid of the hang nails and rough edges. I could do anything else until I fixed them just enough. My mom had an almost an identical experience with a different tech. Fortunately for her, her nails are so short that there was hardly anything for them to mess up beyond a spectacularly shitty paint job. I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE EVER. NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. Again-- children can do a better job and you are in for a janky and unprofessional experience. My normal nail tech is going to be HORRIFIED when I see her in a few days. I couldn't get in to see her before I left which is how we ended up in this situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY especially on techs that were so obviously rude and uncaring (and were clearly NOT trying their best). read more

I went in to get a full set because I can't do my own and omg after two days they started lifting!! almost all of them have lifting and I told her and she still only fixed the one! not to moment they are crooked! They hurt me and my nails bled! Very broken English. There is no list of what prices are anywhere so I asked the lady who came up to me so she just signed me in then she led me over to a chair for pedicure to sit down and start. I asked her if we could wait because I wasn't the one paying for it and I wanted to make sure the prices were OK, I said this once and she sat me down and started filling up the water, and I said this another time and she started painting my nails; Very pushy but at least she did a good job and it was gentle. After my toenails were done she sent me to get my manicure done by an older guy Who only knew a few words in English. He cut my nails but they were all crooked like he didn't know how to cut nails so I had to point where it was messed up. Then when he was cleaning up my cuticles, he was digging in like he was sewing, one started to bleed and he said oh no, he went to the next finger and it started bleeding again, He said what happened and I told him that he was being too rough. So he was gentle after that, but I have a wart on the side of my finger, he started picking at it with tweezers saying what happened and I said I hurt myself leave it alone, but then he proceeded picking at it making me it bleed. After that, he sprayed rubbing alcohol on it, and it made it sting and bleed a lot worse. When painting my fingers, I had gel nail polish so he got some on my finger that I didn't notice then he put my hand under the dryer, then tried to pick it off my finger and it hurt. I know I'm not the only one who says he was rough. Another lady said it as well and that's why I ended up with him. Between them knowing little to no English, being pushy, and bleeding I won't be back. read more

Well my husband decided to treat me and my 11 year old daughter getting our nails done very rushed job on mine right hand looks wonderful but left hand is terrible don't match up. the lady jenny that did my daughters nails didn't listen to my Instructions one bit her nails look like they are pointed upwards just terrible service. I went to this nail salon for a Pedicure and it looks like a 5 year old did my toes. None of my nails are filed straight. The paint looks messy and all over my toes. I paid for the service regretfully and then asked for a refund and they refused and want me to come back to fix. Why would I go back there for them to fix it when they messed up the first place. Is should be if the customer is not happy, they should refund the money and the manager was rude and ignorant to me. for $40, they need to learn to clean the toes, not rush it. I paid $40 for literally a 15 min pedicure. Buyer Beware. read more

I've been to this location many times. My visit back in may was not the best. I got a gel mani and there were bubbles in the polish and it chipped pretty quickly. I went yesterday and had the younger female. I got a gel pedi and full set gel acrylics. My experience was amazing! My nails look great and she pays attention to detail. I wish I would've gotten her name but I had to book it as soon as I paid because I had an appt at 4:30 and it was 4:27 will definitely request her from now on though! read more

Came to this salon hoping for the best. I asked if they could replace the pre existing existing set of acrylics that I had received at another salon, [they were very uneven and I was unhappy with the shape] and give me a new full set of long stilettos. The older woman who I spoke to didn't even know what I meant when I said I wanted a stiletto shape. She proceeded to tell me that it would take 45 minutes to remove the current set, and I said that was fine and that I had plenty of time. She said ok and asked me to have a seat and she'd bring my nail tech out in a moment. The nail tech comes out, sits down, and acknowledges neither me nor my existence. I pick up in the next few minutes in my attempts at small talk that this is because the girl spoke no English whatsoever. She proceeded to drill my nails down to my fingertip. This is not (not even close) to what I requested. I turn to a nail tech behind me and asked if there's some way to add length to my current set, because I do not like short nails, and they are not what I asked for. He snapped around and responded very impolitely saying that I'd need a whole new set if I wanted them longer . Long story short, I paid $43+tip for a fill, terrible service, and a short lumpy manicure. read more

I was rushed out it was 6pm and was just finishing polish on my full set they close at 7pm is what she said. Then why rush. 2 stars because my pedicure was fine. My finger nails, not so much. I have been to this salon several times since moving to the area 2 years ago. Usually I get the younger girl, or the guy that work there, but a couple times I have gotten the other woman. This particular day, the guy did my pedicure, then passed me over to her for my hands. I got my usual treat item, gel nails. I couldn't believe how fast she did them. They look like something I would've done myself and I stink at doing nails. The next day, I could see the polish starting to lift off of my cuticles, so I went back to show them. The guy said for me to get a refund, I had to let them take them off. I said no, that it would ruin my nails. So I have crappy looking nails for Christmas, and I'm out $81 because I'm a good tipper! I will never go back. Excellent place to get your nails done! This is my new "go to" spot. They pay attention to detail and are very helpful with color decisions. Way over priced. I live in California and pay 25-30$ after tip for a gel manicure. For this one I paid $40. I did not tip because he criticized every choice I made from the color not being sparkly to me wanting to keep my nails short. Even if he was just kidding it was extremely annoying. Then he had to fix two nails when he was "finished". This doesn't include that extra polish he kept getting on my skin. read more

I don't normally go here but decided to since I was at the mall and wasn't a fan of the one inside the mall ... worst mistake ever!! She filled in my nails and only put the acrylic where the growth was so needless to say the next day I have 3 broken nails and one cracked and about to break! I got gel nail polish and it's still wet underneath so it's peeling off and looks awful... I will NEVER go back here! It was $40 for the fill-in and definitely not worth the money read more

After sitting for exactly one hour waiting, I was approached and told that no one could do my nails. I was furious and all I could do was say "You let me sit here for an hour." Then I got up and left as quickly as I could. Will never go back. This is not my usual nail salon. When I walked in I asked if they had Amazing Nail Concept dipping polish and was told yes. They gave me the sample colors to choose from (not many). After waiting 45 minutes I got the feeling they did not want to do my nails. A lady was waiting beside me and we made small talk.
