When I called to ask, person who answered first said that no one moved the appointment, when I said I have messages, she changed her wording quickly and said that they never book 3:45pm on Saturday. When I mentioned My appointment was previously booked in store, she said that my appointment was moved because my waxer is not available and I was informed via text message. Which was straight lie as she was saying and the way she was making excuses. And i told I did not get message. Due to their insincere work ethics and lies to customers, I refuse to go back to this facility.
