Horrible service. The dentist was very ruff. They will give you one price then call you back and say they have discounts. Very expensive.

First, I HATE going to the dentist(dental phobia??)! I'd rather get something operated on!…read more Well, i've been coming here for the last 5-6 years, I usually see Dr. Brendmoen, she is great and I will continue to see her. I've never once had a problem with her and she does make you feal at ease. I usually try to see her at the Lorton location, they have a newer office there with newer equipment. Well, I recently started having some bad pain in my jaw, I was able to call and be seen the same day. Apparently I needed a root canal then a crown. I would need to make a future appt. for both. I setup the root canal for a couple of weeks out, well the tylenol stopped working and I was in very bad pain during the nights. I did end up calling and they were able to get me in about 1.5 days later. Dr. Tupman did the root canal, this was my first root canal (and hopefully last), i was told my Dr. Tupman that I could still have pain for the next couple of days, well once i got home and the numbing meds wore off i felt 100% better. I did not need to take anymore pain meds. If you ask me, i think it is the dentist that made the difference, i think it's very easy to screw up drilling out your nerves! The staff is also very friendly.

Going to the dentist is never fun, so I can't go that far in this review, but I am writing a second…read morereview for this practice because it is far and away the best dental office I have ever been in. I was seen on the dot of my appointment, no waiting. The office is clean and organized, and the administrative assistants at the front desk are very helpful, and frankly, way too bright first thing in the morning, but in a good way. The hygenist (Beth again, yay!) was very funny and friendly, which I found relaxing, despite my extreme dentalworkaphobia. All my questions were answered, and I always leave with the sure feeling that my dental health is in very good hands.

I've been trying to improve my smile for most of my life, and it's been a long road. I had…read morenoticeable spacing in my front teeth and went through multiple treatments over the years from bonding, removing bonding, Invisalign (with some relapse), and even crowns from a root canal. It always felt like I was just patching things instead of truly fixing the problem. Finding Dr. Chris at Livewell Dental in the Washington D.C. Metro Area (DMV) was a turning point for me. He really listened to my concerns and goals, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. He also took the time to explain how important it is to build a healthy, stable foundation before focusing on aesthetics, which I hadn't experienced before in cosmetic dentistry. The whole team really adds to the experience too. Ale at the front desk is super welcoming and helpful, especially when it comes to walking you through finances in a way that actually makes sense. Amanda and Olivia were some of the kindest assistants I've met. They're both very easygoing and made every visit feel comfortable and relaxed. The exam was incredibly thorough, and with his team's help, we found out my bite was completely off!! I was only hitting on 3 back teeth. I had no idea, and it made so much sense once he explained everything. After correcting my bite, the difference has been huge. Chewing feels easier, and everything just feels more natural. I wanted my results to look natural, not overdone, and that's exactly what I got. I finally feel confident in my smile and don't think twice about laughing or showing my teeth anymore. If you're in the DMV and looking into cosmetic dentistry, I highly recommend Livewell Dental. The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched.

Not much was done on this visit. It was just a checkup for my full mouth restoration in progress…read more But it was great to see Dr. Kim and his supportive staff once again. They really care about their patients. Dr. Kim is the best for dental implants and full mouth reconstruction in the Fairfax community. Always feel good leaving after a check up on full mouth restoration. Would recommend to anyone!

He performed a small filling on…read moreone tooth and advised that I could wait to treat another cavity until after delivery, as he deemed it non-urgent. I have no complaint about him. However, I began experiencing pain from that tooth and attempted to contact the office for assistance. Despite having medical clearance from my OB/GYN, confirming that it is safe for me to undergo routine dental care during pregnancy, the office refused to see me solely because I am pregnant. Additionally, when I requested a copy of my X-ray so I could seek treatment from another dentist, the office stated it would take a few days because they "have stuff to do", delaying my ability to receive timely care. The front office personnel said her name was Kelly although I'm not sure if she gave her real name. I still haven't received a copy of my X-ray to take to another dentist who was willing to see me. We were trying to minimize another X-ray since I just took one but the office is uncooperative. The front office staff were extremely unprofessional and rude during my interactions. They repeatedly hung up the phone on me and refused to provide a clear explanation for the refusal. I had to use another phone number for them to pick up my phone. I believe this behavior was unjustified, discriminatory, and unprofessional, and does not meet the standards expected of licensed dental professionals
