We were looking for a reliable RV Repair person to repair a fresh water intake leak on our…read moremotorhome. I initially replaced a pex elbow where I thought it was leaking, but unfortunately there were many others. This stemmed from my rookie mistake of not turning the water supply off to our motorhome in below freezing temperatures. I contacted Dana and told him of my dilemma and that we were headed out of state on Tuesday. I asked if it was possible to get it fixed before Tuesday. He told me that he might be able to get to it Saturday afternoon or Sunday to which I stated that would be great. Saturday morning I received a call letting me know he would be here at 11:30. He arrived promptly and surveyed the situation and got right to work. He found several leaks and diligently fixed each and every one in our "wet bay." Upon checking for leaks, one popped up in the rear bathroom sink in the slide. This was a very daunting repair as space was very limited. He told me that he wasn't leaving until he gets this fixed. He is a man that is true to his word. He will not say "I've done all I can do", and leave you stranded. Once we got everything leak checked, then leak checked again, everything was put back into place just like he found it. All in all, Dana was here for 5 hours fixing our water issues. He told me that if I have any issues with his repairs leaking, just text him and he will be on it right away. Once I got the invoice I about fell over. His price was so reasonable, I was shocked. I definitely have found my go to RV repair person. I CANNOT recommend Dana (who is the owner/operator) of I Spy RV enough. He has a very strict work ethic which was refreshing to deal with. I honestly would give him 10 stars if I could. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Through our own knowledge & texting pics we was able to convey to Mr. Cooper what was leaking and needed fixing. He arrived on time...communicated with us that he was on his way. He purchased the parts we needed...had to fix a bit more than we thought as Jayco had taken plumbing shortcuts that put to much pressure on the bypass. Mr. Cooper's bill was VERY fair. We plan on using him again as we travel to Oklahoma a lot! He was Awesome!

They purchased this RV, new, from Hunter RV Center and have had nothing but problems with water leaks since they purchased it. They have had to fight with Hunter RV to have the repairs done. Hunter finally sent the RV back to the manufacturer,Coachmen, only to have it returned still leaking! Coachmen RV and Hunter RV Center need to do the right thing and replace the RV and refund all out-of-cost expenses Laura and Keven have had to incur. Hunter RV Center will no longer take calls from Laura Gilley Walters. Hunter RV Center has removed all negative reviews regarding this incident. Clearly they don't like truth in advertising. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. Purchased a new 2015 Coachmen Brookstone 325rl from…read moreHunter a year ago and had nothing but problems. 1) Furnace began blowing fuses the very first outing out of state. Had it in their shop 3 times before they got it fixed. The fix? Rewiring the coach, cutting on a new vent in my cabinet for extra air flow. Took more that 2 months to get resolved hauling it back and forth to them. 2) Shower stall leaked water the first time we used it. On closer inspection, the bottom track was a 1/2 short on both sides allowing water to flow on the floor. Should have never left the factory that way. Solution? Had to get replacement tray from Coachman which took months to resolve for a simple part. 3) Bedroom slide quit going in by itself and had to be pushed to close appropriately. Solution? Bigger slide motor installed. 4) Closet rod collapsed destroying shelf above while going down the road. Solution? Redesign and reinforcement of closet rod, shelf, and additional bracing. 5) Black water valve quit working. Solution? Repaired valve. 6) Blackwater tank began leaking under the underbody panel while full. Solution? Replaced valve under coach. 7) Toilet fresh water fill leaked day one. Solution? Replaced valve. 8) Towel rod came loose from the wall as it wasn't installed in anything but the wallboard. Solution? Installed properly in backer. I could go on and on - we had cabinet doors sagging and come loose, drawer latches fail, curtains fall down due to bring improperly installed, a bed motor upgraded as it wouldnt properly move the bed, and a dinette slide that screeched so loud it sounded like it was going to fall out. All of this is an indictment of Coachmen quality and the lemon we received. All occurred in a 9 month period! So why bash Hunter? I never once got an apology for these problems. Not once. When I couldn't take anymore I asked Jim what they could do to make things right as I wasn't comfortable travelling with this unit. Their best offer? Sell on consignment and charge me a commission. This dealership makes a living selling inferior products and warranty work through their service department. Buyer beware - I've taken a $20K depreciation hit and moved to another RV and dealership.
