We got to the location and found the television was destroyed (it was an older TV but worked and we used it), and the handle on the bathroom door was broken as well as, all the repair fallout from putting in the new vents was all over the floor and bed! If they had mentioned what had been broken and called our attention it would have been disappointing but by ignoring it was bad customer service. Fine, they are busy and short handed. Hair line feactures, it happens, that's the reason he wanted it cleaned up to make it was worth using. My husband goes to pick up his items. A 400 block with new eagle rods with pistons, old rods with pistons, and freeze plugs. All the parts are in a box with his name except the eagle rods and pistons. The owner says, "I'm sorry, I'll have to look for them." He has stopped by a couple times a week. The owner says "We are still looking for them. Come back, in a few days" for the last 6 weeks. Still waiting for them to find them or pay for them. I will update of they do either. If you use this shop take a picture of the owner or machinist with every item you drop off. A week after leaving this bad review, his rods and pistons were found. I still think it's important to take pics of your item with the person who checks them in. We will not be using this shop again, even though they do great work.

While they were quick to get my truck in for the replacement and friendly. The final job was not the best. Window had a popping noise when operating up and down every time. Post op's check apparently was not done. Took to a shop back at home. They found the mounting hardware/locknuts to secure the window to the regulator were loose and still in factory ship position. Found broken glass on the shelf of the internal door support bar. So loose hardware and not cleaned properly was the problem. They were good to bill my insurance directly, very helpful. I think this may be a good place to get your glass work done. They need just to slow down a pay attention to details better.
