Absolutely the worst customer service. Owner seems to like taking advantage of elderly customers. They get upset when you ask too many questions and then try to keep your deposit when they are caught in a lie. Save yourself some trouble and look elsewhere. read more

Not good customer service. It's been over a month that we traded in a camper and purchased a new one. They still haven't paid the old camper off. I have already made payment on new camper. Jason and Jennifer in the finance office don't return calls and when I finally got ahold of Jason instead of listening to my concern....he hung up on me! read more

I used them for my consignment to sell my Rv. It took them 5 months to sell it but that wasn't the problem. They promised one price guarantee that I would get for it if it sold. Then when a buyer came finally I got $2000 less than promised and it took 60 days after they sold it to get my check. Also they took off more from my price for some part they needed in order to sell it. I had a warranty that might of covered it. But no they failed to communicate with me on the whole process and just pushed that cost on to me. I would not deal with these people or trust them. The do not have good business sense and do not communicate well and drag their feet. I had to threaten a lawyer to get them to get me a check after 2 months after they had already sold my RV. They just don't handle people well at all. I would not recommend doing business with them. read more

They sold my RV on consignment on August 26. This is September 17. I still have not been paid despite several calls and texts. They keep putting me off. I am sorry I chose this place to sell my RV to. This is ridiculous. read more

Buy somewhere else! I bought a used travel trailer with an extended warranty. After looking into what the warranty actually covers, decided it was a ripoff and cancelled it. Warranty company sent my refund back to the dealer. The dealer kept the refund, and have nothing but excuses as to why they can't find it or why they don't have time to look for it. From what I understand, I'm not the only person with this issue at route 66. read more

I highly recommend Route 66 RV. We have been looking at RV's for about a year. We visited Route 66 a couple of times and Randy happily helped us each time. We just couldn't decide on a brand and we were not ready to buy without more research. Randy was so patient with us even though we were not ready to purchase. We were receiving sales ads around Christmas and decided it was the right time to make a purchase. Randy actually remembered us which was nice. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on a brand new Palomino Puma and Jason gave us a great price. Financing was a very simple and seamless process. They did add on the extended warranty that we did not ask for but we ultimately kept it . Jason was very kind, patient and answered all our questions. The gentleman from the service department did a great job hooking up our hitch and showed us the process for hitching the trailer up to our truck. Kyle was our orientation guide and he spent several hours showing us the ins and outs of not only our trailer but pitfalls for newbies to watch out for. We appreciated his upbeat personality and he gave us a few good laughs with some of his camping stories. He also took us to the parts store and picked out items we needed for our trailer that we would not have thought of. We appreciated the the $40 gift card, the discount and the free gift. Each time we went to the dealer, we were greeted and everyone was always kind to us. Honestly, I have never had a purchase go so seamlessly. I bought a LivinLite popup camper from them off their showroom floor, that had damage to the canvas, a bent support leg and brackets on it. They assured me this would all be replaced from the factory under warranty within two weeks. Nine weeks later, I still have torn canvas and the parts manager tells me he "has an email" in to the factory, and that he cannot even make a telephone call to LivinLite to get it expedited. What? Lord help the person who pays tens of thousands of dollars for product from these folks and expects to have prompt service for any warranty issue. Buy somewhere else!!! read more

Drove 3 hours to purchase a toy hauler that was on their website. Upon arrival it was missing a recliner (listed in the ad). Sales Mgr (Daniel Kisler), said "Oh that's just a copy and paste deal, you can't go by that"....uh, yes I did! I drove 3 hours to get what you advertised. I asked to speak with the Owner (Brad Shelton) for a quick minute....Sales Mgr, Daniel, walked away....came back and stated that he was too busy....mind you it was about an hour to closing and the place was empty. I offered to wait, again told the Owner would not be available at all. Sales Mgr was too busy trying to puff out his chest and prove he's the boss. Owner just to busy to speak with a customer. We left with the toyhauler missing a recliner, Oh for that we received a $100 gift card to the parts dept. They did not have paperwork or trailer ready (cleaned) when we arrived, again we were on the road for 3 hours and they knew we were coming. They took apart the table inside and placed it up on the top bunk for the ride home, (this was a good place for this), it bounced out and all over the camper. They did not strap down the recliner for the drive, it slid all over inside and scratched up a part of the window trim. I get a call 5 days after we left with the camper and the finance dept. made a couple errors on the paperwork and we need to resign and send back. The salesman, Chris, was friendly, but in the end the entire experience was lacking in any kind of customer support or care...from the top all the way down! read more

The trailer we ALMOST got stuck with, from these scam artists had MAJOR manufacturer defects. It WAS NOT the trailer at the RV show. Of course they claimed it was but the one at the show was in pristine condition. If they had not raised the price of the trailer on the contract so they could make it look like they was giving us more for our trailer to reflect a good down payment we would of never been able to get out of this deal. We was at the Credit Union as soon as they opened on Monday to show them their fraudulent contract activity after buying this trailer on Saturday. The credit union refused our contract after seeing the selling price on their website compared to the inflated price on the contract. We was able to take the defective NEW 2015 Gulfstream Conquest 198bh back and get our trade in back. read more

Buyer beware! Just because they send you a list of options on a particular trailer doesn't mean that's what you'll get when you arrive at the dealer. We arrived with a list of options sent to us from the dealer and a price to pick up a trailer. After looking at the unit, several optional accessories were not there. Doug, the sales manager, informed us that there was nothing he could do, then asked "what do you want?". I wanted what was in the email. He said he wouldn't do that, but did come across with a few items, not nearly the several hundred dollars worth of options listed. He then became very agitated when he had to make good on those, slammed the door as he went into his office. If that wasn't enough, he had his service manager call me for payment of services that he agreed to do! I would have walked away from this deal, but my son really, really wanted this unit for his family. Lots of RV dealers! Pick another one!! read more
