We are here in Oklahoma City for the Women's College World Series (Softball). We arrived and our…read morewall slide would only go out 6 inches which made using our master bedroom a mess. I call Brandon and he had an opening a couple of days later on a day with no game. He called me that morning and was able to come earlier than scheduled and that worked for me. He checked for obstructions and the normal stuff and then got his ladder and checked the slide cover hardware and found that the screws had loosed and allowed a part to get out of alignment and damaged. He removed the part and the slide operated properly. He didn't have the part on his truck and wasn't sure it would be available locally. He said I could order the part off Amazon and install it myself easily. I elected to do that instead of having to pay him for another service call. I have a ladder in my basement and tools and the part is secured by two screws with no possibility of mistakes in installation. Brandon is friendly and knowledgeable and we were so happy to be able to have the slide out while we await the part arrival in two days. Pricing was very fair. I recommend Brandon highly.

He didn't just lay sealant on the old sealant; he removed the worn and cracked old original sealant and put new down. I can rest assured that this will last at least 8 years. We were looking for a reliable RV Repair person to repair a fresh water intake leak on our…read moremotorhome. I initially replaced a pex elbow where I thought it was leaking, but unfortunately there were many others. This stemmed from my rookie mistake of not turning the water supply off to our motorhome in below freezing temperatures. I contacted Dana and told him of my dilemma and that we were headed out of state on Tuesday. I asked if it was possible to get it fixed before Tuesday. He told me that he might be able to get to it Saturday afternoon or Sunday to which I stated that would be great. Saturday morning I received a call letting me know he would be here at 11:30. He arrived promptly and surveyed the situation and got right to work. He found several leaks and diligently fixed each and every one in our "wet bay." Upon checking for leaks, one popped up in the rear bathroom sink in the slide. This was a very daunting repair as space was very limited. He told me that he wasn't leaving until he gets this fixed. He is a man that is true to his word. He will not say "I've done all I can do", and leave you stranded. Once we got everything leak checked, then leak checked again, everything was put back into place just like he found it. All in all, Dana was here for 5 hours fixing our water issues. He told me that if I have any issues with his repairs leaking, just text him and he will be on it right away. Once I got the invoice I about fell over. His price was so reasonable, I was shocked. I definitely have found my go to RV repair person. I CANNOT recommend Dana (who is the owner/operator) of I Spy RV enough. He has a very strict work ethic which was refreshing to deal with. Through our own knowledge & texting pics we was able to convey to Mr. Cooper what was leaking and needed fixing. He arrived on time...communicated with us that he was on his way.
