They confirmed that the infrastructure, water pressure, piping etc. would support the new toilet. They were careful of my hardwood floors. We called Norblom Plumbing due to a broken outdoor water pipe. Due to how a previous owner…read moreoriginally ran the pipe it was in a very hard to reach and maintain crawlspace under the house. Paul from Norblom assessed the situation and came up with a more cost affordable and easier to maintain solution for us to close up the broken pipe in the hard to reach location and run new pipe (up to code) to the side of the house. During his inspection he also found an issue with our dryer vent not being properly hooked up which is not something we would have noticed on our own. He was right on time in his time window, was very friendly, took the time to explain things to me, and most importantly was in and out in a few hours. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a professional to help with a plumbing issue.

While no one that I know budgets for a sewer surprise, the cost was reasonable for the work. The day the work was done, I tagged along with the crew just to see the whole repair happen. Everyone was a good sport -- truly great guys -- and they had the repair done and the street back to normal within 4 or 5 hours. The final cost matched the bid, and Ron even made extra stops to repair the sewer cap inside the house. A great experience for a situation we weren't anticipating.
