This electrician found a smart, creative solution that others didn't, avoiding damage. That alone was impressive. What really stood out was the communication and follow-up. From the first interaction, everything was clear, timely, and professional. He showed up fully prepared for multiple scenarios, which made the whole process efficient and stress-free. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. There was zero pressure or upselling--just honest recommendations with real integrity.
