The AAA-recommended repair center turned out to have HORRIBLE reviews as a total rip-off joint that tries to sell you a new transmission if your headlight is out. The hotel personal at the Richmond Hill Best Western, the dying ground of our car, confirmed the negative reviews, and a manager recommended Wheels Performance Autoworks. I called Pat, gave him the specs to the car, and he had a new alternator for us even before we arrived. The waiting area was comfy and cozy. The people were super friendly. The cost of the repairs was totally reasonable, the hourly rate even less than our own local mechanic. Pat, if you're reading this...thank you.
