We are lucky Long Beach! Love this new business!!!! I was introduced to Reenergized by my friend, Karina, who started working there recently. I am an artist and they were looking for someone to design some emblematic pieces to go along with the individual, unique treatment stations. I enjoyed meeting with the owner Sean and the manager Raphaël. What wonderfully, knowledgeable, nice guys. Tip of the hat also to Lorraine who works there as well. I was gifted an opportunity to try all the stations out to get a feel for them and be inspired and I certainly was. I started with 15 minutes in the hyperbaric chamber followed by the leg compression treatment. I had only slept for 3 hours the night before and expected to be crashing early that night, but was remarkably alert and not at all tired. I naturally attribute this to the pressure chamber treatment with it's oxygen boosting abilities. My sore knee hurt less - which I presume was because of the compression treatment. I tried the "sound and light" goggles the next visit and found it was very soothing and relaxing. The place is super clean and well laid out (good Feng Shui?). I love the charcoal grey smooth stucco treatment on the exterior. It makes the building more contemporary. I now better understand the challenge to create something as aesthetically pleasing as these stations are uniquely healing. I look forward to trying all the other healing treatments then letting my imagination try and catch up. Be a great place to take a group of friends and try something new. I recently visited Reenergized in Long Beach and had such a wonderful experience that I had to share. I came in hoping to reduce inflammation and ease some knee pain I've been struggling with, and I left feeling like a whole new person. I was able to try almost all of the treatments they offer, and I can genuinely say I noticed a difference. My top two favorites were the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (wish I would've stayed longer in the Hyperbaric) and Compression Therapy. After just one session of each, I noticed my knee pain had lessened, and the inflammation in my ankles had gone down significantly. Beyond that, I just felt lighter and more energized overall -- and even my family and friends have commented on how much more energetic I seem! From start to finish - everything about ReEnergized was professional, clean, and extremely effective. I've been a pro athlete and a combat veteran for almost 2 decades. Raphaël was amazing as well as Sean. They take their time to make the experience personal. I attended their location with two other pro boxers and we got a chance to experience the HB chamber, red light/blue light therapy and the plunge. We learned what each piece of equipment does, their benefits, and most importantly we got to reap the benefits after. We train almost 3 times a day 6 days a week - so this was absolutely crucial for us. I would recommend this place to everyone. My daughter plays high school water polo for OLU. She hurt her throwing hand on a goal attempt. We went and got X-rays and there was no broken bones. Our hope was for her not to miss too many practices so we headed to Reenergize. To help with the bruising and pain we had cryo-therapy and thirty minutes in the hyperbaric pod as well as twenty minutes in the infra-red capsule for healing! All the remedies totally helped and she was back playing in less than a week and scored two goals her first game back! This recovery center has state of the art equipment and technology. The individuals working there are kin and welcoming a they come fro a sporting background which makes you feel like you are entering a space with people who really understand recovery and the importance of it. The reenergized office is very organized and has lots of different recovery facilities to choose from to help with your recovery needs. Along with the office, the staff is very friendly and caring.
