The housework was getting unmanageable! I reached out to Busy Bees last minute and was so grateful that Ana (owner) was able to accommodate me. She sent two wonderful ladies (Sara and Nomi), who were truly amazing! They came and were both so pleasant, thorough, efficient, and did little details with cleaning that I overlooked, like using a little brush to clean the grout behind the bathroom sink faucet. My house was gleaming and I felt the energy was lighter when they left. I appreciated having help with the cleaning so much, I kept reaching out every few weeks. Every time was a great experience. Coordinating was easy and I was really satisfied with the cleaning quality. I want to lend my online support for Busy Bees. Being a realtor, I have been contacting Herman for 2 different cases for about the last 2 weeks. At first, I thought we would clean right away (so I contacted him to try to book a date), but after the tenant left, we realized that we needed to reschedule because we needed time to redo the carpet and etc. After the estimation of the the completion, I tried to schedule something early next week. Literally every text takes more than an average of 3 days for any response. I really liked this company, so I wanted to try to use them but my patience is not only wearing thin, but now I am so annoyed, I am offended. If they are as busy as they say they are, I think it is wise for them to just send me away than to just ignore me every time I am trying to schedule something. I am going to average the first great experience and my current experience to give them 2 stars. But I do not think this company needs my business at all.
