I moved in to home that these guys installed the security system, the home theater and a couple other things for the previous owner. I received an email from Laura letting me know that i could use the remaining balance on the security system and switch it to my name. I called on a Thur and spoke to Laura, I told her what I needed done, she told me she will get back with me that same day to let me know when her technician can come to my house, she wanted to talk to him first. I did not hear from her that day or the following day ( Frid) or Mond, I called her on Tues, she apologized and promised to get back with me in the afternoon, she still did not do it. I called her again in the afternoon on Wed, she told me some sorry excuse about how her guys were very busy all day in Park City, she promised that the owner will call me back when he is done with a meeting. To make a long story short, I did not hear from anybody. I don't know what their deal is but if that's not a red flag not to do business with them, I don't know what is. I am not going to use them or call them for service. Poor customer service.
Laura did sound nice and courteous on the phone but neglected one important part, calling me back when she said she would, and she did it numerous times. read more
