Two years ago I spent much of my time moving through life in a wheelchair because of a serious foot injury. I was facing seemingly impossible odds when I met Dr. John Yee. While other physicians had given up on my case, Dr. Yee engaged his unending creative problem-solving skills suggesting unique treatments that resolved my problem and resulted in a much-improved lifestyle. As I began to improve, Dr. Yee suggested that an exercise program would be essential to my regaining strength and balance. He found a gym whose talented owner agreed to work with several of his patients recovering from serious medical issues. Under his direction, five of us we're pushed and challenged and we improved --- and then Covid-19 hit and the gym had to close. Dr. Yee then stepped in and offered to personally teach us martial arts strategies and techniques to continue our recovery using a virtual platform. Dr. Yee now coaches us in strength training, balance strategies and relaxation techniques and we continue to grow physically and mentally. All three of the nurses are incredible and make me feel very comfortable, which is huge for someone like me who is terrified of going to the doctor's office. After seeing many doctors over the years I can safely say that Dr. St. Clair is the best one yet and goes above and beyond to help you.
