Miss Megan and Brianna are truly amazing! Before my daughter even started daycare, she became very sick and had to be hospitalized. Even though she wasn't enrolled yet, Brianna still checked in on us regularly -- asking how my daughter was doing, how I was holding up emotionally, and how my husband was managing. She took time out of her busy day to send uplifting words and constant encouragement, and that meant more to me than she probably knows. When my daughter officially started, they made us feel so welcomed and reassured. As a first-time mom, I was incredibly nervous and scared, but they've made the transition such a positive experience. I receive consistent updates through the app about feedings, diaper changes, and playtime -- along with sweet pictures throughout the day. It truly gives me so much peace of mind. I enrolled my child almost a year ago & I love them so much !! As a first time mom I was always skeptical of daycares and who is around my child but they took her in and treat her like family :) . Ms.Donna always helped me and reassured me plenty of times that everything is going to be okay. To me, this business is all about money. If you have ELC, they charge an additional $50 for each child cause apparently they feel like they are losing money servicing ELC clients. This was told by her son. My reason for this review because that someone who has been in daycare services for over 25+ years should know how to be professional and considerate. I was late for my kids 45 minutes due to a serious emergency and because my phone was not able to take charge I was not able to call on time to inform school. Just when the phone turned on qt 5:27 she called with her calm voice & the minute I said I would be 30 mins late due to an emergency all hell broke loose! She lost it and immediately said no you need to get here now for your kids I'm not going to do this to my staff or myself I have somewhere to go at 6 pm. I asked her what the purpose of putting in her policy after 5:30 is a late fee if she needed each and every kid to be out exactly at 5:30. Secondly if you are paying your staff and having your son directing the school. Why are you so hands-on?? I paid $440 for two kids being picked up late. Imagine if it was a life-or-death situation. Not once did I get an apology for the way you reacted! I almost crashed speeding to get to my babies cause I was scared to have them in your care the way you talk to me On the phone. She is nice at first but her true color surely comes out. I did not like how this played out. Zero professionalism. read more

I wanted to share my experience with this child care facility because it's more than a child care facility to me. I am a resident of Martin County. I've lived in Jensen Beach for over 25 years. My children are now older 16 & 10 but someone recently tried to bash this facility, and I just needed to come on here and share my honest opinion about this child care facility and also the family. My earliest memory of Miss Donna is when she would come into Publix, where I worked with no less than 7 to 10 kids with her. I knew that all of these children were not her own. I knew that some of them were children that did not have caring parents or maybe had a tough home life. I never understood why she always had so many kids with her as I've gotten older I know Ms Donna had so much love for children that she wanted them to have a safe space. She wanted them to have a normal life and she wanted them to experience love. One of the best things is that she passed that love down to her daughter Ms Bri who was in charge of the school in Stuart. When you walk into the facility you were going to know that it's clean. You will smell it in the air. It's so refreshing knowing that all the staff make sure that the area are clean, safe organized, and most of all decorated. You can feel the love on the walls from the paintings and the drawings and activities. The teachers were al always amazing my youngest daughters was having a lot of behavioral issues during this time and they really encouraged her to practice good coping skills and also I knew that my daughter enjoyed being there. I would recommend this facility to anybody with children. I always felt like my daughters were safe, happy clean, and I knew that all the staff members there were treating them like family and I know that because they treated me like family. Most people clock out at the end of the day and go home. I can tell you one thing every single member of the stuff that works there does they genuinely love children. Sometimes there just aren't enough stars. 5 stars definitely isn't enough... maybe stars in the sky would be enough to review Reed Childcare with. There is no one that has the best interest of families more than Donna Reed. She puts her entire heart into her family business. She is assertive, compassionate, and sets needed boundaries to ensure every family feels great about leaving their kids in the absolute best care. She makes sure every employee is there for all the right reasons. All of the teachers from the baby room to the VPK room are phenomenal. My kids have both gone to Reed and my daughter just finished 5 whole years at Reed and graduated from VPK. My heart is actually hurt that we have officially graduated out of Reed, but the Reed family will always be in my heart. read more

Donna and Sean Reed are completely incompetent daycare directors clearly titles given to themselves. It was not a surprise when I found out Sean couldn't keep a dog alive yet his mother has put him in charge of children. The entry door doesn't properly close so the code is rarely needed to enter the building. My son was nearly taken by a stranger who was touring the facility. I was informed of the incident the following day only to find out the police were never called. The playground is not safe due to being directly next to a street where a drunk driver drove through the fence into the playground. They neglected my son by leaving him a puddle of vomit to take a photo of him. When the kids are sick the standard practice is to strap them into a booster seat placed on the floor away from the other kids. Sean Reed is more concerned about the condition of the parking lot then simple hygiene. Just ask yourself why they have availability. Please don't subject your child to this people. read more
