The company is located in a good location for my work and is near both Charing Cross and Leicester Square for transport. The office is on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building and feels reputable. The company offers different speeds of service and price, (see the website). In addition they can also arrange travel in China, internal flights and so forth, although I didn't use part of this service. The visa arrived on the day I wanted it. I picked it up from their office, (a service that is free), or included in the price they will courier your passport back to you. You can courier documents to them or drop them at the office. Staff were friendly and helpful and advised me on my first application what needed to be changed so that the application wasn't rejected. The main reason to use an agent is that the queue for the Chinese VISA section starts at 7.15am in the morning and at 8.30am will be a 2-3hr queue that stretches around the block. Therefore by paying a small premium you save lots of time and hassle.

Took my family for a 12 day holiday to Beijing, Yangshuo and the Yangtze cruise earlier this year. They tailor-made an excellent itinerary in a very short notice. Ground arrangements were all first class. Wonderful guides and drivers, good selection of accommodation and meals. Great job!

Don't use this agency…read more I got stung! They are not ABTA registered - and the poor quality in their service reflects that. Getting a refund is near impossible. They charge £60 a head for a refund. The customer service is rude. Nobody speaks English even though their head office is in London. Turn around for a refund is months upon months. If you value your money use someone ABTA registered - certainly don't use these very unprofessional cowboys!

I would consider this a lost of time, because the only thing she provided was brochures... I didn't need twenty brochures to go through. Not a great way to encourage people to go to such a great country !

Asked for an updated quote, received it but instead of business class they had me down for first/business, stating "The flights default to first class for the domestic segment, since these flights don't offer business class" I was planning to leave from Minneapolis which showed many flights with business class. I was able to get information on where to ditch my luggage while I toured the city. They sell a variety of tours in London there making things much easier for someone that just flew in. The Basement is more like a lounge where you can also get Contiki swag. It's one of the spots they hold meetings with tours. You run into plenty of other travelers there, so meeting people is easy! I toured the city with someone I just met. Good times!
