He was there for about 10 minutes and then left. Barely said a word. It took a while to get the estimate. Once my insurance received it, it was approved. After the approval, Alert came back and said the damage was more than what they first thought and so they needed to do another estimate. They never came to my house again. It took over 2 weeks to get any response. After that, they told my adjuster they were not "willing to do the work." My family has been displaced because of the damage to our bathroom. To me, it's very unprofessional to not contact anyone for weeks and then say they are not willing to do the repairs.

Our job, which was to replace some sections of a kitchen island that had water damage, took him two seperate days and maybe a total of eight hours. We are satisfied with the work, thus far (will update if anything comes up). The only thing that was a real bummer was a floor tile that was broken during the demo. And since we didn't have any extras, had to be epoxied back together. Luckily, it's not in a place where people will see it.
