I came across this company through a Yelp recommendation because I had just given my 2025 Lexus's…read morewheel some wonderful curb rash. I was a little wary at first due to the lack of reviews (I usually only seek services from companies with a lot of reviews). Also because Lexus's rims use particular paint to achieve its finish. Some other rim repair shops told me it was uncommon paint. But I took a gamble because they were very quick to respond to my quote request, they were mobile and could come to me, and the pricing was OK. Anna is very transparent and professional. The work completed left the rim looking brand new. Definitely worth the price.

I had a leak in my bathroom. After filing a claim with my insurance for the water damage, my…read moreinsurance contacted Alert. One of their employees came and did an assessment. He was there for about 10 minutes and then left. Barely said a word. It took a while to get the estimate. Once my insurance received it, it was approved. After the approval, Alert came back and said the damage was more than what they first thought and so they needed to do another estimate. They never came to my house again. It took over 2 weeks to get any response. After that, they told my adjuster they were not "willing to do the work." My family has been displaced because of the damage to our bathroom. To me, it's very unprofessional to not contact anyone for weeks and then say they are not willing to do the repairs.
