After I asked when will maintenance start? partial job was done. Another two weeks went by with most of the flower beds covered with overgrown weeds and unkempt bushes. Andrei only sends his people to do the job after the complains. No hope to get good continuous service here. Also I got charged extra $70 for chemicals even though I was originally told $75/month include weeds care. This company only cares about money and not about providing great service. For great service look elsewhere.

Best customer service is all I can say. We've had a few different landscapers in the area, all of…read morewhich we have struggled with little to no customer service (not returning phone calls, not invoicing for months, not actually following through with what they quoted us). We found Greenworld Lawncare through the local paper advertising a special on leaf pickup. We sent a few emails to Ginette at Greenworld to get an idea on price and their operations. Every email was replied to immediately. Every call was replied to immediately. They were here in no time, did a great job, and followed through with the invoice promptly. One day out of the blue we came home to find our front yard picked clear of leaves. We found out that they were in the area and had done a courtesy leaf pickup (no cost). AMAZING! I highly recommend them, our neighbor is using them and he loves them as well. Great job Greenworld, can't wait to have you do our Spring Cleanup.

He is so polite really cares about his customers. Last year the bad snow storms covered over my input/output pipes that go to my furnace an I lost my heat. I could not get to the side of my house because of the snow to clear the pipes. I am a senior citizen and did not know what to do. I called Trinity to ask for help. Even with all that snow Idressia drove down to my house. We took out the kitchen window over the pipes and Idressia climbed out the window and cleared the pipes. I got my heat back. He did not even charge me for doing this. Anyone needing lawn, snow or special projects done, don't hesitate to call.. that He also fixed my brick front stairs that were failing apart.

I had some other mystery bush that was an eyesore as well. Well, when I called DeMore they called me right back and came out for an estimate right away. The other landscape companies I contacted weren't very responsive and gave me a much higher quote. I thought about going to Home Dept, renting a chipper, figuring out how to work my chainsaw, etc... then I got the quote from DeMore. Why deal with all the hassle when I could have a certified arborist do the job for around the same price or cheaper? (I didn't actually price out HD, but it should've been close) Plus he identified my mystery (mock orange) bush. The best part was I left for work in the morning and when I came home all my bush/shrubs were gone! Only a little bit of sawdust remained. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs tree work done!

I am pretty sure you can find a more reputable service to use.

I was told that it would be no problem for them and that I would receive an estimate by email. Well, August 9th came and went, no estimate. I asked for status via email to their office. I followed up on August 13th with a phone call to their office number. I was told that the estimate would be resent. Well, I never received it and never got any follow-up call. I had visits from two other tree companies and received the quotes in real-time or by the next day. Guess who didn't get hired for the job? Very poor communications and not a contractor that I'd want to hire for this type of work regardless of having "Experts" in their company name. I hired Elliott Tree of Whitman, MA who did a fantastic job at a reasonable price, and with a professional crew.

We live on beautifully wooded property and hate the idea of cutting any trees down but this one was in tough shape. If it had fallen, it would have landed on the house. Neighbors had recommended Glynn Tree Experts so we hired them and they did a terrific job. This tree was not only huge but was surrounded by many other trees so it was hard to maneuver around. Glynn came to the rescue and we were very pleased with the service they provided. The tree was cut down with no damage to surrounding trees. Fast forward to last year: we had been buying cord wood from another local company each fall for a long time, but a couple of years ago we were unhappy, as long-time customers, with what we were surprised to find was some suddenly dismissive and poor service. We decided that we would end our relationship with this company and purchase wood elsewhere. The best way to deal with bad service is to take your consumer dollars some place else. We remembered the great service we'd had with Glynn all those years ago so we called them up for a two cord order in 2014. They were prompt, courteous and with fair prices. The wood was seasoned well and we had a choice of two lengths. This year we ordered another two cords and are similarly pleased with the wood, the service and the quality. Since the wood gets dumped out of the back of a big truck into a huge pile you have to hope/assume you're getting the correct amount of wood. A cord is 8'x8'x4' and once stacked we were certainly convinced we did just fine by Glynn. (And I will add that stacking wood is truly one of my favorite activities and it's good exercise.) I do recommend Glynn whether you have a tree issue that needs to be addressed or whether you're looking for cord wood.

He could have charged me an arm and a leg (and another leg ! ) but he knew I was in a pickle and gave me a price that was way more than fair. Then he did an amazing job clearing the lots, widening the long entrances to the building, salting and he even got out of the truck to shovel out a door that was plowed in by the previous snow storm. Not only is Corey a really great guy who really helped us out in a pickle , he is a honest dealer, and does a really really great and thorough job. Chuck and his crew have done two significant jobs at my home in Norwell. We have had Chuck's…read morecompany install irrigation on a 1 acre lot and at the same time create a landscape for the front yard which included a huge field stone rock wall; a year later, they returned to install a rather large brick patio which incorporated large slabs of granite, laid granite curbing, and created beds where they planted three trees around the newly laid patio. First and foremost, Chuck and his crew are always polite, respectful and patient with their clients needs and desires. They listen and offer great advice when it's needed. Chuck came to us with an amazing design for our front yard, but when we realized we didn't have quite enough money to do the entire job, he reworked the whole plan to accommodate our wishes and our budget. Second, they keep the work site neat, orderly, and clean as expected--even with all the dirt, gravel, brick dust, they did their best to keep it away and off the house. Big plus, they don't leave a single piece of trash behind. Anyone who has built a house knows builders tend to leave bits of trash everywhere. Not Nessralla's! Third, their work is impeccable! They laid thousands (!) of Boston City Hall pavers on our patio. At one point, I saw them pick up and reposition a huge section because the "line wasn't quite right." They even came back and popped some of the granite sections to realign them because Chuck didn't want anyone to stub a toe! The landscaping material they brought us was above expectations. Our trees and shrubs are over a year old and they are in excellent health. Even several weeks after Chuck finished the 1st job last August, we caught him "checking" on the plants and grass periodically. Next year we plant to expand our landscape and the only crew we will have in our yard is Nessralla. Chuck and his crew ALWAYS go above and beyond.

I originally was using…read moreanother company, but after several communication issues and a ridiculously high price I decided to shop around. I had several other companies come out to the house to offer a price quote and get some ideas but decided to go with Nessralla's. Chuck Nessralla, the owner, pointed out several ways I could cut back on the original company's price quote while still accomplishing what I wanted to have done. In the end, the price he gave me was significantly cheaper and even included a walkway and patio that was not in the other company's quote. I was a little nervous that the decrease in price would mean a decrease in quality, but nothing could be worse than what I had already gone through. To say my apprehension was unwarranted would be a huge understatement. Nessralla's installed a new lawn, an irrigation system, a patio, a walkway, and a beautiful planting all in under two weeks. The attention to detail was amazing, I am happy to say that I now have the best looking yard on the street. What really impressed me about this company was the fact that Chuck was there every step of the way. He personally graded the property, set up the foundation for the patio and walkway, designed the planting, and could be found on the job every day his workers were there. I paid to have my parent's house landscaped several years ago and cannot remember seeing the owner on site ounce after our initial meeting. One month later and the lawn looks like a carpet, all of my plants are healthy but are even covered under a warranty in case one of them does not make it. I could not recommend Nessralla's Landscape enough. If I ever decide to move again they will be the only company I call.
